I visited recently, to get my teeth cleaned. During this process, the hyg. knocked out a filling. Then, I had to have a new filling put in and they made me pay for it. I didn't have insurance, so that was an expensive mistake (by the hyg.) that I had to pay for - out of pocket. I talked to several friends and they all agreed that the dentist should have replaced the filling for free since it was the hyg. that knocked the filling out!
