Always the best care received here. They take time to thoroughly clean your teeth, and make sure they have gotten all the build-up they can. I enjoy going to my appointments here. Also very reasonable with the prices on certain treatments.

I have had nothing but issues with billing. They cannot figure it out and now instead of insurance covering my routine visit, they are charging me. It's not that hard. I will be seeking a new dental place. I'm very disappointed in this!

UPDATE: The company can reply to my review, but cannot figure out to resolve the billing issue or drop it! This highlights the incompetency of those who do the billing, as my dental insurance has ALWAYS covered routine visits. This problem arose because the office did not correctly submit to insurance in time and then held me responsible for their mistake. I have found a fantastic new place, and I highly recommend going there: St. Paul Family Dentistry.

I always have a great experience at PCD. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. They really know what they are doing. I have the utmost confidence that I’m getting the best possible care and advice. A top notch organization that I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, if I could give this dental office zero stars, I would. Having been a patient at this office for almost ten years, and my sister being a patient for more than a decade, I was beyond shocked when I was literally banned from the office after one of the dentists left packing in my root canal which caused a severe abscess and $1200 bill with the endodontist who had to repair the damage. Though this dental office finally covered the bill after weeks of denying any wrongdoing, I was told I was no longer welcome at the office, and that "none of the dentists wanted to see me after what happened". How this was my fault is beyond me, and why I was "dismissed from the company" (their words) was crushing. Having severe autoimmune problems and Mast Cell, I was so happy to be with this office for almost ten years because they knew my medical history and made me feel safe. I had established a wonderful relationship with each dentist and staff member over the years, so to be banned by the primary dentist I had been seeing was not only hurtful, but completely unprofessional. I asked multiple times to speak with Dr. Hunt, himself, but was always denied. I was told he stands by his physicians and their choices. It was a terrible experience which could have been handled much more gracefully, but sadly loyalty or class is not one of this dental offices strong's suits.

As a patient for over three decades, I have witnessed how Dr. Hunt's Golden Rule is put in motion and used daily. As a former receptionist at Personal Care Dentistry, I personally witnessed that any patient that called and was in pain was fit into the schedule as soon as possible even if it was beyond normal office hours or the weekend. As a patient, like many others, who have had scary childhood dental experiences, I learned how dental cleanings and procedures can be painless with no stress. Last year I feared having to have crowns put on three of my front teeth but it went beautifully and Dr. Hunt was there every minute to calm my fears. I owe still having all of my teeth to the excellent dental care of Kim Bruss and Dr. Hunt. The staff makes every patient feel like they are special with their friendliness and kindness.

Disappointing, disorganized and discriminating! I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews and unfortunately I left very disappointed. They failed starting with the basics of entering the right information, and obtaining dental information, which I can ignore. However, after giving them and registering my insurance information they pulled me out of the dentist chair to treat me like some kind of criminal that I didn't have insurance because of a basic failure on their admin part to enter and search the right information. This person who's name starts with a "K" --you would think she would apologize instead went on being rude and dismissive. When I elevated this to their admin they told me that just go on google reviews and again no apology or effort to acknowledge. They failed to obtain my dental record so my visit was done based on guess work for the most part.The hygienist was nice and detailed which I appreciated but didn't use a glove which was weird in light of Covid. They also wanted to know where I was "really" from if I always grew up in the U.S., how long I have been here all detailed questions that I am sure they wouldn't ask if I looked like a majority of their staff-- didn't appreciate the microaggression just came in for a regular dental visit not to be treated with disrespect and othered.

I've been a patient of Personal Care Dentistry for more than 25 years. As Dr. Hunt's practice has grown it has only gotten better. Dr Hunt and Dr Baylon are the best in my opinion. All the Hygienist and Dental Assistants are also great as well as the office staff. I can honestly say I almost look forward to going to the Dentist. Well that may be an over statement.

The team of dental professionals at Personal Care Dentistry live out their practice's name every day--they truly have PERSONAL pride in what they do, but above all, they give PERSONAL attention and extreme CARE with every patient that walks through the door. In my 50+ years of visiting dental offices around the country (corporate transfers) I can say that I truly cherish my relationship with PCD and their wonderful Lead Hygienist Kari and founder Dr. Walter Hunt. Bravo to ALL the staff at PCD!

I have thought about writing a review for years... This dental office is first class in customer service, as well as dentistry. The dentists are professional, compassionate, and friendly. If you are looking for a great dental experience, this is where you need to be!

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. However the staff at Personal Care Denistry were very welcoming and put me at ease, right when walked in. They made sure to explain what they were doing and what to expect next. Now I recommend them to all my friends!
