Personal Care Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Hunt since I was a kid - about 30+ years. And Kim has been my hygienist for as long as I can remember too. I love going in and visiting with Kim and getting my teeth cleaned. They care about my teeth and always make sure my questions are answered and my worries are addressed.
Their entire staff is always friendly and helpful!

This is by far my favorite dentist I've visited. The office is neatly-organized and filled with many amazing pictures taken by the owner. I had a 7 a.m. appointment and when I arrived at 6:50 a.m., the receptionists greeted me with a friendly and contagious smile. The employees were warm and joyful. Wonderful to see so many people happy at such time. My teeth feels and looks great, and I left happy! Happiness is contagious! I will be back.

I visited personal care dentistry the other day in extreme pain. At the moment I didn't have insurance but needed something done because the pain was unbearable. Even though I had no insurance, Dr Kyle was able to give me novacane at no charge to get me through my day and than later that day provided a rootcanal for little cost to help me until my insurance kicked in a few days later. I can't begin to explain my gratitude towards personal care dentistry. I have never met a nicer group of people. The assistant, Amy, was incredibly friendly, extremely helpful and I am greatful for that. I don't remember the rest of the staffs names because I was in so much pain but they were all great. I recommend this establishment to everyone because of what they did for me. Thanks again personal care dentistry!

Have been going here for about 6 years. Over the years, about half of the work that they have done to my teeth (fillings & crown) has had to be re-done for various reasons within only 4-5 years.
Examples:
Half the crown fell off on the SIDE, no damage to the top where they said they would typically see damage. The Doctor who re-did it for me eventually said that it was made far too thin and he ended up charging me nothing after seeing how poorly it was done originally (weirdly somehow this didn't make it into their "notes" and when they talked to me about this most recently they said they have no record of anyone saying it was their fault and their records show that I paid them to re-do it....).

Another filling was re-done after the hygenist noticed some extra filling material left between my teeth (also they conveniently don't have this in their records and just say it was a "normal gap" that they thought they should fix).

Another filling has cracked after only a couple years, etc, etc.

I have never had this issue with any of the work done by dentists in the past. Any work that they re-do after 4 years, they say is "normal" and will re-charge the patient. I don't believe this to be normal and am not happy with the explanations they give me (one lady even told me over the phone that it must be my fault because I grind my teeth???? Even though I've never been told by any dentist ever that I ever grind my teeth!!! She said it really just must be my fault to have so many things going wrong).

They refused to fix the most recent cracked filling (done only 4 years ago) at no cost to me, so that's the last straw for me!

Off to a new dentist.

As someone who went 24 years in-between dentist visits due to a past bad experience I can say that the staff and dentist at Personal Care Dentistry couldn't be more professional and great at their work. I was very nervous about the crown I just got put on to the point where I delayed the appointment as long as I could, but I went through with it and it was a breeze. I can honestly say I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist thanks to Personal Care Dentistry.

I transferred to Personal Care Dentistry recently and have been very satisfied with the care I have received. Jordyn, my dental hygienist, is very skilled, not only with how she cleans and assessing my teeth, but also providing suggestions on how to maintain even better tooth hygiene. She is a great addition to the Personal Care Dentistry team.

My family and I have been going to Personal Care Dentistry for many years. I had an old filling break and called to get it checked out. I was able to get in the very next morning. Dr. Hunt was funny, confident, and gentle. He thoroughly explained I needed a crown and as soon I agreed he was right to work fixing it. His wonderful hygienist made a temp. one and I went back 2 weeks later for the crown. It's not fun having dental work done but the whole process from removing to billing all went great. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a toothache so i went here because they had the most available appointment. Dr. Kyle did some basic tests and concluded I needed a crown on one of my teeth. So I said okay and did the crown. Rating it a 1 because I felt the same pain a few weeks later and so I called the office and made an appointment. A couple of days before the appointment, the receptionist called and said she needed to cancel the appointment. She said Dr. Kyle recommended me to an Endodontist. This seemed weird. I went to an Endodontist today and he questioned why I had a crown put there as it was unnecessary and the pain was from the tooth in front of it. So i got a crown for no reason and now I received a root canal in the affected tooth...and i have to get another crown! IDK why it's rated that many stars.

I am one of those people that are terrified to go to the dentist and put it off for far too long. I went in for a routine cleaning and they made it so easy for me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately felt a little more at ease. My hygienist, Kari, made me feel comfortable as soon as I sat down. She had such a happy and easy going personality. She took the time to make sure that I was ok and explained each step of the cleaning. Once the cleaning was done Dr. Kyle came in to examine my teeth, review x-rays and inform me of the next steps needed. Kari and Dr. Kyle were incredibly nice, personable and knowledgeable. For anyone that is fearful of the dentist I recommend going to Personal Care Dentistry, since they take the time to make you feel comfortable.

The front desk staff as well as the hygienist and dentist were thorough, patient, and very professional!
