I've been going here for the past 6 years, and always felt like family and treated well. unfortunately, I arrived at 1:14PM and was14 minutes late today due to the snow. I had just missed a call from them at 1:06 PM and could not pick up the phone while driving. they had already called someone to replace my time and could not fit me into the schedule because they had the person coming in shortly. the front desk lady was not very respectful nor did she show any understanding towards my apology. i would understand if it was a nice sunny day and I had no justifying reason to be late, but it began snowing, roads were slippery and there was an accident on 35E which I did not anticipate. PCD was not understanding nor accommodating. after being a loyal client for many years, I am appalled at the lack of service and I will not be returning

Good service, but very expensive. Will always charge you more if given the chance. Was told that there was a 20% chance of needing buildup on two cavities. Ended up having buildup on both for an extra $600... I think they're a little greedy. Spent $4k in the last year and they're still nickel and diming me.
