Personal Care Dentistry

I would stay away from Personal Care Dentistry. Dr Hunt and the other Doctors are great, but their accounting department got my account wrong and lied to me about what I would be charged with my insurance. They sent me an additional bill three months later, never called to explain, and never even said sorry for making a mistake. It was enough of a negative experience that I am moving my family to another provider even though I have been going to Dr. Hunt since I was a child.

I love going to Personal Care Dentistry! All of their staff is so fun and friendly. You can tell they truly care about their patients! It's nice to walk into a business and see their staff enjoying their jobs. Thanks for all your hard work! Keep it up!

I needed dental work due to a fall and I was dreading the experience. But it was so supportive, genuinely friendly, and customized to my needs at Personal Care Dentistry. I was so impressed with the staff's expertise. They were so accommodating of my schedule for multiple urgent appointments and helped me so much with the insurance billing. I couldn't recommend them more!!

Great care and compassion for patients and high-quality work! I've never liked the dentist. I went in for a couple fillings today, and the dental assistant noticed how anxious I was about the procedure, so she offered me nitrous gas to help me get through the procedure. She coached me through it all and checked in with me throughout it to ensure I was doing well. I was so grateful! The dentist made sure I was 100% happy with her work, making tweaks to the fillings as needed, before sending me away.

My sister recommended Dr. Hunt, and I am so glad that I finally took her advice. I have had a lot of dental work performed, and have visited several local dentists in an effort to find my permanent dentist. My search is now over!

My first visit with Dr. Hunt was on an emergency basis, and they fit me in and took great care of me. He and his team were professional, kind, timely, and HONEST... honest about the service needed for my current emergency and honest about those services needed to address my other dental issues/concerns. Having already received a comprehensive dental treatment plan from another local dentist, my emergency visit with Dr. Hunt also served as my “second opinion” for the additional treatments recommended by my prior dentist. And, I am so glad I sought that second opinion from Dr. Hunt! Rather than the $30,000+ treatment plan received from my prior dentist (this in addition to the $10,000+ already spent), the fees related to Dr. Hunt’s initial plan were SIGNIFICANTLY less, while still addressing my dental issues/concerns. Rather than swindle me out of money for unnecessary procedures, Dr. Hunt gave me an honest assessment of what I needed, which will result in a great smile! I am so thankful and grateful to Dr. Hunt and his team (and of course my sister for the awesome recommendation), and look forward to working with them in the future.

I always have a good experience at Personal Care Dentistry no matter which Hygienist, Dentist, or Assistant is helping me. This past visit with Dionn and Dr Teo was no exception. Dionn did a great job explaining to me what to expect and teaching me about the options. Dr Teo makes sure she takes her time to get things just right. Basically everyone from the front desk to the billing are all friendly and helpful. This is why my husband and I continue to come back to Personal Care even though we have moved further away and have tons of closer options. Why switch when they make you feel so at home? Dr. Hunt has grown a great practice. Thanks again for a good experience from a person who doesn't particularly like to go to the dentist :)

I have anxiety about the dentist and Personal Care Dentistry was very understanding. They did anything they could to make me feel comfortable. It was the best dentist visit I've ever had.

This was the first time I ever enjoyed going to the dentist! This was my first time back at the dentist after at least seven years. I'd had an awful filling experience elsewhere and was afraid to put myself through that again! But I'm pregnant and wanted to make sure I was taking care of everything to stay healthy for baby.
I loved the online appointment-making, and somehow managed to pick a hygienist who was also pregnant! It was wonderful to have the extra care to make sure I was comfortable, etc. The appointment went quickly but was not the normal bloody mess I'm used to when I've had rushed hygienists at other offices. Overall I have to say I've already recommended this office to others, and am actually planning on going back in six months instead of waiting another seven years :)

Personal Care is INCREDIBLE! My anxious 6 year old had an abscess that resulted in the need to remove 2 baby teeth. Dr. Kyle and Dionne were extremely patient with her and made this "scary" situation actually fun for her by letting her hold the tools and feel like she was part of the team. Thank you Dr. Hunt, Dr. Kyle and Dionne. You are an amazing team!
