I have not had anything less than amazing experiences each and every time I come into Progressive Dental. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel so good and ow to top it off they have a beautiful new facility that is so warm and welcoming. Go check it out!

After my first visit, I no longer feel anxious about visiting a dentists surgery. The staff, overall, are all very friendly, attentive and professional and Dr. Downs is an excellent dentist, immediately putting me at ease and explaining what was needed (and why) in a very conversational way.
I was really impressed by the state-of-the-art technology used too. Not the kind of gear you find in the typical surgery. I needed a crown replacement, which was taken care of in a single visit thanks to the 3D scanning CAD/CAM milling system they have in the office. My new crown was made by the time a filling was replaced, and it fit precisely too. So, no temporary and no need to go back in for more procedures. Saved both time and $ - pretty good deal :)

Cyndi is OUTSTANDING ! She made me feel very comfortable, (especially during COVID-19), and was very sweet! She made my experience an excellent one to say the least. I will definitely make this my primary dentist location! 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I just took our 3 kids to Progressive Dental for their first visit, not really sure how it was going to go. Dr. Downs and her team were absolutely amazing with my children. The staff didn't get impatient with them, but slowly lead them over to the chair and made it go up and down; showing them all the really cool gadgets. The kids did great and I have no doubt it was mostly because Dr.Downs and her team are just really good with kids. I will be taking them back there for sure!
I myself have gone in for two check-ups which have both been a really good experience. Again, a super nice staff, cleanliness was an A+, parking was a breeze, and Dr. Downs' delicate little fingers in my mouth makes me wonder how I ever had some man's big hairy hands in there rooting around!
I'm seriously so comforted knowing we have a new family dentist who couldn't be better.

Friendly, professional, staff and dentist. Dr. Downs and staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and not self conscious or embarrassed no matter the situation. She goes out of her way for her patients. I could share numerous stories but I hope my five stars and referrals will speak for themselves. My whole family and even one of my friends goes there. NOW I LOVE THE DENTIST!
