Dr. Downs, Cindi and Jackie are AMAZING! We have been going to Progressive Dental for 3 years, and love them! They care about you and your family. I have the best hygienist and dentist. Cyndi always takes time and personal attention and Dr. Downs also cares about me and asks about my family every time! They have taken great care of my teeth!

The facility has a beautifully, modern design. The check-in process was completed using tablets and was extremely fast and easy. All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly and showed compassion towards their patients. I would highly recommend Progressive Dental to any prospective patients.

I've been using Progressive Dental for many years. I originally chose this practice because they had the technology to make and install a crown in one visit. Now they built a brand new office with the most comfortable dentist chairs! Dr Downs is the best!

About a year ago Dr. Downs removed my lower teeth for a denture. I have had nothing but problems with the denture. It started with her not following her plan of having the denture there to put in right have the extractions happened. I want notified it wasn't there until the extractions were already underway. It took another 3 days for the denture to arrive but the swelling was so bad I could put the denture in. It took nearly a month before I was able to wear it. Dr. Downs had to grind a large chunk away and reform it because my bone structure changed after the extractions. She did the reforming inhouse. That first time I had large pieces of what she had done break off in my mouth while chewing. After going back in she redid this section. Now 1 year later there is almost more missing of what she fixed than what's still there. I have to redo the Fixodent about every 5 hours to keep the denture in my mouth. I could/would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Ayesha and her staff are amazing! They get us in quickly and she is so calm and soothing as she does what needs to be done. She only does what is necessary and she does a fantastic job! I trust her with my whole family and am so thankful I found her!

Had a painful wisdom tooth that needed immediate extraction. I recently moved to the Shakopee area and hadn't established a connection with a dentist yet so I was in a mad search for somebody with a pliers and novacaine. I ran across Progressive Dental on a google search and after calling them up they had my pesky tooth laying on a tray next to me within the hour. I was very impressed with how attentive they were and helping me out in a tough situation. The whole staff is super friendly and fun to work with.

Amazing place. The staff was wonderful and truly cared what I had to say. Waiting for my crown we were going through pictures of my baby. The doctor was so nice and told me stories to get to know her and was actually interested in hearing mine. My wife is making an appt now :)
