I was greeted by friendly, smiling faces with no judgement. I have not been to the dentist in several years. No worries, no judgement. That meant so much to me. They made their assessment and came up with a plan. I was treated, encouraged and even given a lil happy❤️ This is by far one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. Unorganized unprofessional dr and employees! The most painful experience ever. Price is ridiculous, too! They just created a bigger problem and traumatized me!! After 4 years I haven’t found any dentists who can fix my problem this dentist created. Dr. and assistants were talking bad about the other assistant in front of me , a patient. Too chatty! And Dr. kept me waiting after giving me a local anesthesia shot for too long so she had to gave me another one!! Do not even think about going to this dentist!!!

For this to be a Medicaid dentist, the service excellent! They are so nice and considerate. I was promptly called to the back for a tooth extraction. The wait time was about 15 mins, but the process was quick, and they reassured me that everything would be fine. They thoroughly explained all of the post surgery procedures to take in order to avoid a dry socket. I also received a phone call the next day from them to follow up on how I was doing. I am 21, and I recommend Wendy McCurdy to people of all ages.

The prices were ridiculous! The dentist was not friendly! I had no problem getting in because THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE and people have learned not to return for visits. This place goes through employees like crazy. There is this psycho looking guy that hangs around for whatever reason. He made me real uncomfortable. When I first started going there, the place was ok. But, after 3 or 4 visits, I finally realized that she was desperate for business NOT because I needed anything major. Every time I went in, there were NEVER the same people working. FYI, this place needs to be investigated for false insurance claims and possible Medicaid fraud. DO NOT GO HERE! These people are NUTS!

We loved all the staff that worked the day we went. Will be going back to see them soon for all of our teeth needs. My kids loved it as well so that's a plus in my book. Would recommend to friends and family.

I had my teeth whitened and scheduled an appointment thereafter to have a small filling touched up. The wrong color was used and the adjacent tooth was hit with the drill. This was a front tooth. I informed the office of the mistake and rescheduled an appointment before Christmas 2018. I got a call back saying they would need an $80 deposit to hold my appointment. I informed them that I was not going to pay that deposit for a visit to correct her mistake. I called back after Christmas to reschedule. They day of my appointment I was told while at the office that Doctor Mccarty would not be able to make the correction that day. It was a wasted trip. I asked for documentation and the next I knew police had arrived. I was never out of the way with them. I only made requests to which I was refused. Needless to say I will never go back there.

I wish i could do zero... only reason they got a one is because the staff is amazing! My 15 year olds daughter went and had a root canal done, something went wrong so they had to break into it and redo it. Then we left with no after care instructions pain meds or nothing. So I call them and tell them she's in pain, they tell me too alternate Tylenol and Motrin. And if she's still hurting tomorrow afternoon to call them back. So I do... all night... literally. So the next day i call and tell them she's still hurting and the Tylenol and Motrin isn't working. They tell me to give her 6-8 Motrin every 6 hours! Like this is a child. And they were gonna get with the Dr and let her no. So about 6 hours later they finally call back and say...'o were gonna have to see her before we can write a prescription! I'm like thus just happened yesterday! Y do you need to see her again. I even asked for the Motrin or ibuprofen prescription NOT even a narcotic! I wouldn't recommend nobody to go there for any major procedure

I love Dr. Wendy McCurdy and her team they are always so vibrant and happy. Every time I come I receive the best treatment I will always recommend her services. Good friendly staff and they always accommodate your needs.

I’m currently 32weeks pregnant and was experiencing extreme pain due to a broken tooth with exposed nerves /abscess😳 the women at the front desk were very helpful and also kept me updated if someone canceled their appointment so I could be seen sooner … they got me right on in with no problem..I absolutely hated the dentist as a child , I would highly recommend Smile Time to anyone who has a fear of the dentist..Thank you so much Dentist Wendy Mccurdy and her assistant Jocelyn for everything especially a person like me with anxiety .. Ms.Catelynn had all my prescription and gave me instructions on how to take care…most definitely my go to from now on…I’m even going to set my kids up for their dental needs..You all are awesome

The doctor and staff in the back are awesome which is why there were two stars given. The front desk guy however is unprofessional and called to reschedule and I said no problem. He told me a day and I rearranged my Work schedule and took my son out of school, only for him to show no remorse for his mistake. I will not be returning as this is not a first a Smile Time.
