Stay Away! Run Run Run
I had a tooth pulled over a month ago, and today I am still suffering. I went to another dentist only to learn pieces of bones were hanging from my gums and I had a bad infection.
The partial I paid for has a gap from my gums to my teeth. I now have to get my insurance involved! File a complaint against American Family Dentistry and the Doctor. I called the office 3x regarding my issues. Dr. Yu called me 1x and told me to google search for an oral surgeon..because the one he referred me to refused to help me! They stated he created the problem and he should fix it. Last week the office manager said she will call me back and of course, she never did. Now I have to pay another dentist to help me. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor/DDS in my life. Again I paid for a partial and can't use it. Stay away from big chain dentist offices. And if you have to go to one beware of the documents you sign. Also, if your appointment is for more than one issue. He will only address one! You will have to make another appointment for the other one which means more money out of pocket

Macy at the Olive Branch location is Amazing. She is always upbeat and positive and professional. She is very sanitary and changes gloves (like she should) if she touches anything before touching my mouth. The staff is always friendly when I go in and the office is clean

For many years dentistry scared me. I have had some horrible dental experiences throughout my life. I finally decided that it was time to get back to the dental office and be sure that my teeth were healthy. Macy began cleaning my teeth with care and gentleness and I cannot believe how my smile has improved. She makes a point to keep me comfortable but still give me a great cleaning. Dr. Yu is thorough in checking for any issues as well. Thank you for giving me my smile back and improving my anxiety greatly. I now look forward to coming in and catching up with my friend Macy!
