Everyone was very nice and friendly. It seemed to have a small town feel of familiarity where everyone knew each other and their patients. They clearly described everything they were doing along the way, explaining why it was important for my health. They also demonstrated the correct method to floss and brush and gave me personalized recommendations to improve my health. They are extremely smart and know what they are doing.
The insurance & billing specialist (Roxxana) there was also very nice and helpful. When I explained that my wife and I were going to lose our dental coverage soon, she was determined to get my wife in for another appointment to get some fillings before we lost insurance. This was meaningful to me because dentistry establishments like this get paid much less for their services because of lower rates that insurance companies have negotiated for. However, they would get paid more for their services if a patron was uninsured since there is not a lower negotiated rate. So it meant a lot to me that Dr. Anisimova's office worked hard so that we got a better deal, rather than wanting more money for themselves.
