Ballwin Dentist - Angelina Anisimova, DDS

I just left Dr Anisimova's office. From Holly who graciously greeted me to Dr A, it was a very pleasant and informational experience. Kate took my x-rays and was careful to make sure I was comfortable. Jessica cleaned and polished my teeth and hydrated my face. She had a lot of tarter and bacteria to remove since I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years. My bad! DR A checked my teeth while Donna took notes. I have never had a dentist explain what I needed done and why and how she was going to do it. Donna explained my charges and set up my next appt. If you are looking for a new dentist, you can't go wrong with this office! Just don't wait to long!

Super friendly staff. Very well organized. Always willing to work with your insurance to ensure you get the best price possible. You always know your expense. I’ve used them for years, and recommend them highly.

Everyone at the office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Anisimova is very smart, and the staff do a very good job in explaining things to you. The office staff is very diverse, which I thought was very cool. They are able to build connections with people who come from other countries and speak and explain things in different languages!

While I was there I was very impressed by how they treated their patients, as they were very personal and remembered them. They also have lots of magazines in the lobby, as well as snacks, coffee, and cute little chapsticks! They sent my husband and I home with quality dental goods and took the time to explain good brushing and flossing techniques before we left.

I also heard that they have a cool machine that will create crowns for you while you are there so you do not need to have a company create and send one for you! Definitely ask about that if you are looking for those services!

New patient. Went there with a hurting issue. Choice was insurance driven. Was seen quickly, and issue was handled 100% professionally. Husband found Dr. A first. (He has terrible teeth! Grew up in small town and had poor dental care.) Dr. A has (and continues to) guide him thru a plan to address issues. Very reasonable $$. Others advised him MUCH more costly resolutions. We’ve been at this for a LONG time, and find Dr. A to be a great fit for us, and a wonderful physician. Moved here from Nashville 5 years ago and our dentist there happened to be our neighbor. She also taught dentistry at Vanderbilt University. An excellent dentist. Dr. A fills our needs equally — both with my pretty darn good set of chops for 65, AND for my husband’s train wreck of a mouth due to a poor childhood start to things.

Unlike some other reviews here, I also found the office staff efficient, experienced, and accurate. I’d had an insurance issue which the billing person quickly took steps to resolve. (I hate doing stuff like that — and she handled it quickly!).

This dental practice was a good find. I will recommend highly. 💝

The doctor and her staff are extraordinary. They go out of there way to make and keep you comfortable. There service is superior. I have been a patient of Dr Anisimova for over 10 years. I will keep coming back.

I've been going to Dr. Anisimova for about 10 years. She does excellent work and really cares about her patients. I miss Jan who was my hygienist and has moved away. Lora did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth while being very gentle and friendly. I highly recommend this dentist.

The dental hygienist, Jessica, was thorough, explained exactly what she was going to do and how it would feel. Her manner was very pleasant. The reception and procedure planning personnel were also efficient and pleasant.

I had a cleaning done but before that Ala (sp?) measured the pockets around my teeth which, as I remember, was very painful but this time it wasn't that bad. She took many xrays and then started my cleaning. It went well with zero pain. Then Dr. Angelina came in and reviewed the info and informed me that I needed one tooth capped and a number of protective procedures done including a deep cleaning. All of this was expected since I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. They were very gentle in their procedures today and very courteous in their handling of my situation. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist.

I'm not one to enjoy going to the dentist but they help to relax you and are very welcoming. The decor is calming and warm. And during the work, they always ask me if I'm doing ok and if the pressure is to much. It's nice to know that my sensitivity is noticed and taken into account. I'm glad I chose to go to them for my dental work.

Had my teeth cleaned here on Tuesday. New girl Jessica was great, very efficient and friendly, making something that is often an ordeal, pleasant.
All the staff here are very friendly and helpful.
