Discriminated against me. Took payment and claimed they were going to put together a treatment plan for me. They pushed me off for weeks which turned into a month. Then finally they basically told me to go find a different dentist because they didn't want to make the phone calls to find out which oral surgeon could help me. My treatment was not a priority to them. By the time I got into a different dentist my procedure was pushed off for 2 months which greatly affected my life. When I would call and ask if my treatment plan was ready they would get very personal and rude with me. Extremely unprofessional. I reported them.
