Ballwin Dentist - Angelina Anisimova, DDS

My experience was awesome. I just got dental insurance, and after not going to the dentist for a few years, I was worried. I moved here several years ago and didn't have a dentist here. I picked Angelina's office because it is close to my house. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The helped me w financing for my remainder balance. I had 2 crowns just put in yesterday. They did The crowns in house. I got to relax and watch Dr Phil while they were being made. Afterwards. Dr Anisimovia gave me a nice present after it was all over. That I love!!!! Having more work done in a couple months on my teeth. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Mrs. Anisimova is the most gentle, personable, and knowledgeable dentist I've ever been to. She also has the most amazing and sweet staff.Everyone treats you like family. I would highly recommend their dental office to any and everyone in know!.

The office was well kept with the applicable Covid protocols. I felt very safe having my dental procedure at their office. The Hygienist and Dr. Anisomova, are all very nice and make you feel welcomed. Highly recommended!!!

I had a good experience and the staff were friendly. Dr. Anisimova has real good care about her patients. My dad was visiting me and so I had also taken my dad for his dental check up. She was genuinely worried about his dental health and suggested some options for him to check with his dentist once he is back. That tells me, it's not always about the money and it's about the care!

I am so very glad that I started using Dr. Anisamova as my dentist. She is a dedicated professional who has not only helped me with a number of procedures (crowns, root canal referral, etc.), But has also given me great advice on how to improve my oral health. Her staff is always friendly and the dental hygienists are top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Anisamova and her staff!

The office, staff and Dr. Anisimova are great at diminishing my anxiety when having a dental appointment. Brittany and Roxanna are always helpful in scheduling appointments, and dealing with insurance questions. Dr. Anisimova is always welcoming, professional and quick to answer questions and explain procedures. I trust her and the staff knowing that they are doing what is best for the client!!!

I had a lot of work that needed done, and I was terribly scared of all of it. However, Dr. Anisimova really helped me feel better by being stern about the needs of my mouth (pressing how important it was that I didn't just keep avoiding work) but understanding and accommodating about my anxiety. I didn't have to wait a long time for the work to be finished, and within a month, 13 issues were sorted out, when in the past with other dentists it felt like it would have taken 6 months or more. Thank you!

This is by far the best dentist and dental office I have ever been to. They all are so friendly and accommodating to work with you and scheduling. Dr Anisimova is just wonderful, caring, and most importantly a great dentist.

I was a patience and had a horrible experience. I paid to have a bridge made and today it hurts because it was not made properly to fit a smaller structure/mouth. After she received payment than I was blown off. There where mistakes made, my two good teeth where ground down to little pegs, and than once removing the temp bridge one tooth was broken from being thinning to far and thus resulted in my having to have a root cannel that should never happen. Right today these ill fitting teeth are causing me to constantly bite into my lips causing slits and bleeding. I tried to get all my dental records to switch dental office and was only mailed two pieces of paper and one photo, which I had many visits for services and they didn't want to release all the procedures that where done to me due to their bad services. I would not recommend to anyone. I tried calling her she fails to respond and just poor business customer service practices. I should have just had a flipper made but I was talked into having this expensive bridge work made and assured that I would be so much happier than wearing a flipper/partial but I am not. I regret having let them talk me into this decision and I feel like its a full set of false teeth ill fitting and a lot of pressure in my mouth on the other teeth and gum line. I thought by going further out of my neighborhood I would have better quality service, that didn't happen. I have regretted going here and would like to warn others of what happen to me and not getting satisfaction. Now I have to find another dentist to correct her bad work

I always have a great experience with Dr. Anisimova’s office. I have spent a lot of time in a dentist’s chair over the years and have been seeing Dr. Anisimova since returning to the St. Louis area about 10 years ago. She has done amazing work on my smile by replacing a bridge. I highly recommend!
