This place was clean, Nd very professional. My procedure took maybe 7 minutes Nd I was out. Pain management was excellent. Barely felt a thing. I’m glad I chose MY Dentist.

I took my 2 year old boy to see Dr Nong and she did Amazing! Dr Nong and Sarah G put 2 fillings in and got it done with no numbing and it took 10min! I will be going back to her!

In a word ...Horrible!! I had a 2 p.m. appointment. I got there at 10 minutes before 2. At 2:30, I was still in the waiting room. Finally got an x-ray and put back in a room. At 2:43 I asked when I would be seeing the dentist to pull my tooth. I was told a couple of times they weren't sure but, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. At 3:30 the dentist finally started the process of pulling my tooth. While I was waiting for the dentist, the front desk person actually came back and told me how much the extraction would be and asked me to pay for it in advance of treatment!!! What??? I told him no and asked if I was going to get a discount for still waiting over an hour for a previously scheduled appointment. He came back with a negative reply and suggested I could go elsewhere. I will from now on!! The office knew before I came in they only had one dentist and were running late. They could have called me and advised me they were running late or, at the very least, told me when I came in the office that they were running late.
