I enjoyed my visit. The staff was very nice and took me back quickly. I thought I would spend more time with the Dr explaining the fillings and Increasing but maybe on my next appointment

My first experiences here were pleasant but I have since changed my opinion. I had to have a root canal and a crown done and also had to wait a few months because of the waiting period on my insurance so I did that. The root canal was done in December and the cap was done in March. As it turns out my insurance did not renew so when I got my services done in march I had ZERO insurance. I wasn't aware of this, and yes this was partially my fault, but offices generally call the insurance company to check on benefits to avoid this kind of trouble. They didn't call so I had the services done thinking I had insurance. After receiving bills stating I owed a lot more money than estimated I called my dental insurance and the marketplace and that's when I found out my insurance hadn't renewed. They had also billed my insurance company in December (when they did the root canal) for the crown, which they hadn't done (I received it in march because of the waiting period). So my insurance was under the impression that I hadn't done the waiting period and wouldn't pay. So I had to explain to them that I had not received the crown until march and had waited as I was supposed to. It didn't matter in the end because my insurance didn't renew but I am very dissatisfied with how they handled this matter. I called multiple times asking them to process the claim and talk to my insurance company (because at the time I hadn't found out yet that my insurance hadn't renewed) and they continued to tell me to give them another month because claims take about a month to be processed. When I would call to check up on that, they told me it had never been done so I would need to give them another month. So I did. Then it happened a 3rd time. I spoke to a receptionist over the phone and she told me that they had fired most of the staff that was present back in December because they hadn't been doing their jobs. So every time I called I had to tell them the whole story to someone new because the previous staff hadn't left any notes on file regarding my phone calls. So after months of trying to get My Dentist to do their jobs, now, I get to pay for the full cost of the crown. I plan on seeing a different dentist. Don't come here. One last thing, Osha, a dental assistant, was fantastic and I hope she continues to better herself. She has nothing to do with my terrible experience. Thank you Osha!

Friendly informed staff. Eason to see the dentist in less than 10 minutes. X-rays, cleaning less than $29 with my insurance. I am remembered like family.

Best Dentist experience I've ever had. I avoided the dentist for years due to poor experiences and now I know it doesn't have to be like that! Rhonda was my hygienist and she was 10/10 amazing.

I'm a caregiver, I am responsible for the health and wellbeing, this includes dental care, of my clients. I've been working with a dementia client for a few years, she's an awesome client, and I love her dearly, so when she lost her teeth, I went back to MyDentist to have them replaced, not because I knew them but because she KNEW them! But, and these are her words, they have changed! And not in a good way. She paid the TOTAL cost for the dentures, went to fittings and still hasn't received her teeth. There have been numerous excuses, reasons why, and so on. None of those things matter to a person with early onset alzheimer's. All she cares about is why it's taking so long for her to able to eat a piece of fried chicken or a steak or her favorite peanuts. I would like to know why as well.

The Staff is exceptional and the dentist obviously knows her practice.
It's kind of weird for me to say this, but I look forward to coming back.

I hated going to the dentist, but I was in a lot of pain and had no choice and walk-in. I had to have several root canals and crowns. Dr. Sarah Brent & Asha were wonderful they made sure I was comfortable. Asha and Stacey are my favorite people. They always make me welcomed & because of them I enjoy coming to my appointments. Most impotantly they've helped get my smile right. Front staff is also awesome they're attentive and super nice. I highly recommend My Dentist.
