Everyone hates going to the dentist, but My Dentist in Grandview was great! Dr. Brent and Asha have the best bed side manner and made me feel at ease the entire time of my procedures. I would recommend this dental office to my fellow employees, friends, and family! 5 star treatment all the way!

I've never had any problems with My Dentist. I just hate that they keep canceling appointments related to not having a doctor for the day. It's a huge inconvenience. Besides that, I love this place, and everyone that works there!

This is the second time my appointment has been cancelled and the fourth time for my wife. Seems a bit unprofessional to have to continually cancel appointments because of personell issues. Other than that they do a wonderful job when they actually keep an appointment.

This a very very wonderful dentist office with a homey setting. Front deck friendly respectful. Up to date equipment. And the dentist know what they are doing. Old and young shoul Run not walk to their services. Tell everyone if they have been looking for a good drntist look no more.

They do a the best job with the dental cleaning of any dentist I have ever seen, however It seems that the same dentist doesn’t stay there for more than two years, which I find odd. Add to this the experience that two of the crowns My Dentist put on my teeth fell off in less than four years. My Dentist charged me full to re-cement the crowns and only told me the cement they had used was not very good, but that they couldn’t guarantee their work - comparing my experience to that of buying a car that may have issues. Ok, then. Time to check online like I would for a car, right? Upon further investigation I found that the same brand of cement used on my crowns had been FDA recalled for - yes- adhesive issues! Just great!!! Lesson learned - I would probably go back to My Dentist for another cleaning,, but I will have to get a second opinion on any other work they intend to do and will have to check on materials they use myself before any procedures, which is a lot of extra work.

There are many things I would like to say, but I will b refrain myself and say it like this." As an adult know that my decisions as an adolescent about my teeth were poor. I came to PAY with my earned money to get help now because of my bad choices with my teeth. So, that being said , I do not need you to punish me even further by telling me what I did wrong and why I am sitting in your chair. Your rude and you need not to forget your in the service industry.
1 more thing, I know your the dentist in this acquaintance, that is the only reason we met. I meant to go see a Dentist on purpose, cause I'm in pain, so, when you go to shoving your hands in my mouth try to be a little easier cause you must not understand the pain people go through with dental issues Mr Dentist. Have compassion, actually that's what your getting paid for Mr Dentist
