This was my first experience here and first time going to a dentist in over 10 years. I was happy with the scheduling option online, the customer service, the price and promotions, the entire staff was friendly and gentle, and the space was very clean. Everyone was awesome and inviting.

Aspen Dental has been a nightmare to deal with. They continually tell us insurance will not pay for services and insist we pay out of pocket for services. We call insurance and they tell us insurance does cover the specified services. Aspen Dental also pushes a "Care Credit" card to pay for what insurance does not. The Care Credit card pays Aspen Dental but then Aspen Dental insists we still owed them for what Care Credit already paid Aspen Dental. I had to bring in a paper copy of the transaction from Care Credit to Aspen Dental before Aspen Dental would admit to being paid.
Additionally, my wife paid in advance for the entire procedure through Care Credit, it was a two part procedure. When my wife came to the office for her second portion of the procedure, she was told the second part of the procedure had not been paid for and we had to pay $250 out of pocket for what Aspen Dental alleges insurance will not pay for. Why would a professional organization treat customers this way?
Now my wife is on the phone with insurance so they can talk with the receptionist while she has my 8 year old son with her.
After having my wife travel to their office for the appointment to install the crown, go through billing issues, and wait in the lobby, they told her the crown had not arrived yet!?!? Why wouldn’t someone with any forethought call and tell us this before the appointment to install what they don’t have yet??
So their office rescheduled us for the following Monday morning at 7:30am in anticipation the crown would arrive by then. On the Saturday morning prior to the rescheduled appointment, Aspen Dental staff called and said the crown had not arrived but would call us after a few hours and let us know if it arrived with the Saturday delivery; no follow-up call.
Monday morning we call at 7am while driving to the appointment to see if the crown arrived but the office was closed. We called again at 7:35am to see if the crown arrived and the office staff said we were supposed to be at the appointment at 7:30am. We asked if they had the crown, silence, “no”. We asked why they expected us to be there at 7:30am if there was no crown, silence. Then the office staff wanted us to reschedule again after we had been driving for 35 minutes. We told the office staff to call us when the crown arrived hoping that when a crown arrived, it was for us and they would call us.

Had a terrible dentistry experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a broken tooth I was dealing with, no pain or anything I just needed a crown. Not only did they not work on or help me with the main problem I was dealing with, they kept insisting that I get my wisdom teeth removed, even though, to me and my previous dentist, it doesn't seem like a necessary procedure at all. The entire clinic seems predatory, trying to force you to pay for work without going over specifics with you or answering your questions. I left in tears with no progress made, very disappointing.

Pro: let’s start with the pro, Dentist was fantastic and did say I had no cavities which are concerning. He was not like other dentist who try to rip you off. Bitewing x-ray was not covered by delta dental and I denied from taking any but they still took it and mentioned it will not be billed.
Con: They took 25 X-rays for bitewings since the trainee could not do it in one take. Who does not love radiation exposure?
Also, dental hygienist mentioned all my gums where at level 4-5 and I needs deep cleaning and it will cost me 280$ extra on top of another 120$ billed to insurance.
I went to another dental hygienist the very next day and they said gums are fine and at level 2-3 and they did normal cleaning.
Even though dentist was amazing and 5 stars to him. Sadly, they lost my trust by trying to rip me off and exposing me to excessive radiation.

Stay away from this place. My experience has been a nightmare from day one. I almost passed out from blood loss after they extracted my teeth. The dentures they made for me never fit right, they were too bulky and never stayed in place longer than a couple of hours.
When i did complain about the fit or them not staying in place they just said "you permanents will be better" or "you need need a relign". Same problems after every relign.
At my last visit i told them i needed them remade to fit better, they refused and insisted on doing another relign. They insisted on scheduling an appointment right then, even though i told them we needed to check and see when we could do it. Missed the appointment and due to health and transportation issues took a while to be able to schedule a time.
When I did contact them to schedule an appointment they told me that they didn't have my dentures anymore. I was never advised that they would be sending them "back to corporate". They were willing to make me a set of permanents for a lot of extra money, but said there was nothing they would do about the set they stole from me. Why would a person pay somewhere that mad a sub-par product to make them another set that would probably be just a sub-standard?
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! From my experiences they are hacks and criminals.

I'm generally terrified of the dentist. My visit today was great, I was comfortable with the entire staff. I willbe back next week. Thanks to all of you, keep it up!
Update, went back for extractions and fillings. Phenomenal job! I don't think I could go to another dentist now. I wish I could give you more stars!

Be warned! You need to do your due diligence before going to this company for any type of work. I wish I had known. It was so bad that I took my son and we left in middle of our appointment. Too many things to point out in this review. Just trust me, there are better options out there.

Everyone from the front desk to the back office were wonderful! Good communication & good sense of humor which was much needed. All my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Will make this place "My Dentist" :)

Everybody was so very nice. The Dentist and other associates were very professional and proficient. My experience was delightful. My dentist even sang to me. Great voice by the way!!!
