Terrible. They charged me for a consultation that was free at 3 other dental providers. Then I was put in a room and a rude women said I need to pay 27,000 dollars in advance no matter if the procedure changes or if I change my mind. Never again. Avoid like the plague. I am getting the same procedure at TrueDental for under 5,000 dollars.

I’m very frustrated with Aspen Dental. Three weeks ago I tried to make an appointment and couldn’t get anyone to call me back. And I finally got my tooth fixed and it chipped only 3 weeks later. And again, I can’t get anyone to answer or call me back to schedule an appointment.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit, I m without a job right now, and they totally took care of me, although expensive, they were still cheaper and a much better place, than my last dentist, DA Kendra and Dr. Fangman and other staff members so great, Thank you again, no pain and I can smile again, see you again soon, :)

Newly opened on Barry rd. I called Aspen dental service line specifically asked for an appointment for 6 month cleaning. I did recieve x-rays and visit with dentist but then they say "I'm sorry but we can't get you in for a cleaning today, we don't have a hygienist"
Sorry, but why was I even scheduled and what Dentist office even opens without a hygienist!!

Very rude customer service have been trying to get a resolution to a billing dispute
Tried calling for 2 months with no returned call finally month 3 got through to a person in the office explaining my insurance did not receive all paperwork for the final procedure thought issue was resolved only to receive a collection notice 2 weeks later Still trying to resolve issue now I’m being told I owe even more than what was originally sent and they are trying to collect money from me before sending to my insurance after they have sent me to collections I have been hung up on and treated horribly this office staff is absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life they have lost both my husband and I as customers we will not go back to finish the rest of the work we had planned on getting done I would not recommend this place they have had office staff replaced several times I don’t think anyone knows what is going on or cares to figure it out
