The folks at this Aspen Dental are extremely professional and they set me at ease immediately by engaging in friendly conversation. Dr Colson and her dental technician, Shannon attended to my issue with sincere concern and came up with a plan to correct it to include other options expeditiously. They gained my confidence at the completion of my first appointment and I'm looking forward to working with these folks in the near future. I was very pleased.

I did not know what to expect when picking a dentist blindly online, however, I found my experience at Aspen, Barry Road, to be smooth and by the numbers. Reception and Billing were clear with the requirements they needed from me. The dentist who did my work was excellent and made the process as painless as possible. The support staff was also
extremely helpful. Hailey and Chloe were instrumental in my cleaning and tooth preparation. Would recommend the Barry road location anytime!

Everyone there was very nice. The main reason I went was to get an annual checkup and cleaning. However, I felt the sales pitch was too high, 18 X-Rays too excessive, 3Hrs too long, and while I was waiting up front, I could easily hear the receptionist verifying patient names and social security numbers on the phone (HIPAA violation?) for ins. Plus, they were not planning on cleaning my teeth at that appointment and wanted me to reschedule. But they did get my cleaning in that day, and I will say my tech did a great job cleaning.

Excellent Customer Service!! The front office is very professional and courteous with a friendly and warming welcome. After that, behind their desk is where it all falls apart. I took advantage of the "Free" Veteran's Day special since I am ashamed to say, I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years because I have a fear of the dentist. I'll make this brief, ...the young doctor put down in writing that she "completed" extracting 2 teeth and a complete cleaning of all my teeth. How do I know this, because the dentist I went to at another private location, to fix Aspen's mess, showed me what she charted she did, which clearly wasn't the case. She DIDN'T complete ANY task as only half my teeth were cleaned and the visible 1 3/4 teeth were removed (yes, I had bone spurs sticking out of my gums), and "Both" roots were still in my mouth. I was called "Another Aspen Victim." I will find out who the payer is and report Fraud d/t the fact they just lied to my face and to whoever paid for the service never completed.

Had problems with a different aspen and they were able to help me with a emergency extraction the day I called them. They are extremely kind and understanding of what happened. I will definitely be going to them again here soon. They saved the day.

I’ve had a crown that has fallen out three times now. In the past, the dentists I’ve seen would just do another crown. Aspen dental was thee first dental office to actually explain why it kept coming out and what my options were. Sure I could get another crown but it would just fall out again. She used visuals and took the time to explain everything and no one had ever done that before.
