Not a fan of the upselling and excessive billing. I wanted to come in for a smiple/standard cleaning, that’s easily covered by my dental plan; instead I got the used car lot treatment and hit with a large bill. If you’re used to a small family practice that isn’t trying to beat you out of a buck don’t come here. Additionally, after a 2 hour visit I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned and have to return another day for that. After I get this one service I won’t be returning.

I was able to walk in and be seen same day when my crown came off. The entire staff was so nice and I had an excellent and welcoming experience.

Absolute worst experience of my life! And the office manager is horrid!!! They will put extra charges on your bill, make you pay 50-60% upfront with insurance before any of the services have been done. Went in for an emergency dental visit and what could have been a somewhat simple fix 4 months later has turned into a root canal and crown and still not fixed. Do not go there u will regret it!

Went here for the first time for a cleaning. Let me tell you, this was the most gentle cleaning I have ever had. The tech Jene', RDH, took care of me and made me feel super comfortable! All the staff seems very friendly and attentive. I will be returning!

Jordon made a mistake when submitting my claim to the insurace company resulting in the claim being rejected. Insted of asking a few simple questions to resolve the issue Jordon immediately informed me that if I didn't make payment in full with in 30 days my account would be sent to collections. Since there should have been no issues with my insurance and I had given no indication that there would be a problem with making payment in full if necessary I took this as an unnecessary threat and I responded accordingly. This hurt Jordon's feelings and I received a letter from Aspen Dental explaining that because of this verbal altercation I was no longer welcome. To this I say good riddance. If Jordon cant preform his job correctly maybe he should look for another instead of blaming the customers/patients for his mistakes. You should avoid Aspen Dental at all cost.

Went in to the Barry rd location with my husband to establish care and was welcomed and was amazed how professional every one was. The place was well up-kept and clean . The two ladies that handled the financial needs at the end were amazing was able to have open conversations and they were very friendly and outgoing I loved it I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Super wonderful group. I’m definitely someone who is terrified of the dentist and everyone was super patient and kind from the front desk to everyone in back. Helen helped place my cap and was very nice and even put music on for me which helped me itch my nerves. Talked me through the entire procedure. Definitely coming back here for all my dental care and recommending to family and friends! Thank you to everyone there!

This place was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had somewhere before. They don’t care about you, they care about getting you in and out. They told me they wont help me and gave me a list of oral surgeons to pull a few teeth at one time setting and sent me on my way. Also asked me super personal inappropriate questions. I was in pain, got treated poorly, and ultimately they didn’t give me a solution. I had to find my own solution…. They gave me a list of people to call & by contacting them on my own. I was asking the dentist questions that she had no idea for some of the answers. The whole staff looks like they are in high school.. even the doctors. I will never ever recommend this place or ever go back. They made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. There’s so many offices that care… please pick a different one than this one. I NEVER write reviews so for me to be able to write this one is how strongly I feel.

So far so good. They have free consultation. I don't have insurance, they have discounts offered and even financial assistance if needed. Every single staff member was super nice. I have been afraid of the dentist (precious experiences, just really shamed upon prior even my last dental visit). They made me feel very welcomed, they listened to my issues. I cannot wait to continue with them. It's the best experience I've had so far with a dentist office.

The customer service was horrible. The worst experience ever, the lady was rough doing cleaning and skipped around. I have awesome Insurance=Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield and Federal Dental Blue: they absolutely refused to bill my insurance first then dental insurance like everyone else in America..So I paid an insane amount of money that I have never had to do in 23 years... They booked my kids but when I came in with them they said they don't take any insurance, they will charge for a cleaning and to look at them then give me a referral, why didn't they tell me this before I wasted my time...they were rude, made my adult son wait 2 hours b/c I spoke out against the billing procedures and called me a Karen and other negative comments when I left him in office alone to wait for him to be seen.
