They didn't disappoint, it was probably the best experience I had going to dentist office.the staff were professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything and every option. They are a great staff, the Dr. And office manager were terrific, Kenya was great.

I’m childishly afraid of the dentist(at age 29, yes) with that being said I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year or so...and unfortunately I had to get a few extractions. Aspen dental did a free examination, told me everything I needed done. I got an appointment the next day! The appointment was QUICK, COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE, NEARLY PAIN FREE! I will definitely go back to Aspen dental on Barry Road. Staff are all nice and genuinely want to help! So glad I choose this location!!

Allie was very courteous, professional, very gentle and she did a phenomenal job at cleaning my teeth.
The new fluoride that was painted on my teeth had a really great flavor. I wasn’t to thrilled with it. I had to spit chunks out and it had a long lasting effects which changed my taste in the foods I ate throughout the day.

Please do not come here! Bad experience here today. Had to cancel in the middle of the process, cause I know it was going to get worst from there. Receptionist forgot to check me in so i had to do it after examination, they made it seem like it was my fault. Assistant was killing my throat with her camera tube, and it seems like she was in a hurry. She has to keep readjusting it like she had never seen the tool before, and that scares me! Name was Hayley! She snapped at me saying "she will have to start the whole process, if I don't bite all the way! lol WOW" Doctor that game in was even worst! (Indian, Brunette, wearing glasses, and thin) Didn't even acknowledge me when she first walked in, because they were busy talking about how young a doctor was at another location! Until She finally turns back looks at me while examining me and said "Hello Sir, my name is Dr. ....LOL" she didn't even acknowledge my name," Horrible Service!!! This place only made me realize how much value my previous Dentist/location was. Had to cancel my examination with them right after, they were recommending to move forward with the cleaning. They asked me if it was something that they did to make me leave, i didn't respond cause i don't feel like they will care enough to make it right. Another "DR." comes in to do another exam! They were pushing to do multiple procedures for me for the day, when I was only concerned about my tooth ache! Last doctor said my insurance should cover the exam for the the Day and said she "don't care" if i just get up and leave! Hey at least she was being honest! LOL, I just walked out and Booked an appointment at my previous Dentist that was just right across the street, Same Day, with Evers and Gardner! I'm not surprised when i'm reading the rest of the reviews here, because of my experience today! If you are going to respond to my review and ask what you can do to be better next time? I'll make it easier for you, "Just treat your clients like you value them!" .

Horrible place. I had a chipped tooth well 2 teeth. They did xrays saw a hygienist and after about an hour to hour and a half. The dentist comes in. Told me my teeth could not be saved and want to pull them and give me partial dentures. I was crying. They are in my front of my mouth. They don't care and will not go back. I also learned that aspen is known for extracting and doing dentures. I got a second opinon and they are being saved with 2 route canals and crowns. So glad I went to Tiffany Springs dental group

I showed up on time for my appointment, but waited an hour and 18 min in the lobby. The receptionist felt bad and asked if I wanted to be rescheduled. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else. What a waste of time here.

I went to Aspen for my first time yesterday, with an Abscess on my gums. I have never been here before. The staffing were very respectful, the dentist was very gentle and continue to talk to me through the whole procedure. Also he did not hurt me at all, I will go back..

Great experience on my second visit! The first Doctor didn’t really answer my questions and seemed pretty uncaring. But at my next visit I saw Dr. Schwalenberg and will definitely be returning! He made me very comfortable even though I was extremely nervous, and took the time to listen to me. He seems very knowledgeable and I’m actually looking forward to getting my issues taken care of. I’m happy I gave the office another chance!
