I haven't had any actual thing done, just a check up to see what they can do...
And, judging by some other reviews, I'm glad I cancelled. (Canceling was fairly nice and easy, so that's why it's not 1 star.)
These guys came up as 'scam likely', FYI... not a good thing.
I wanted to try someone up here in Liberty, but... Not anymore. Thanks.

I wish I could give this negative stars. My experience with Aspen Dental was absolutely HORRIFYING. I went in for a routine check up where they told me to get a few cavities filled and to fill an exposed root. I paid the amount in full before my appointment to have the work done. When the appointment came I told the dentist that I did not want the root covered up because I was afraid it would bother me more. He did it anyway. A few days later my teeth were in a ton of pain. I went back to see the other dentist at the office who confirmed that he did not like the doctor that did my dental work and that he messed up. He asked me to share my experience with him so that he wouldn't be at the office any longer. A few days later my teeth were still hurting so I went back. The dentist that had completed my work was transferred to another location because of his screw up with me. The dentist did xrays and said I needed to see a specialist because he was concerned the other dentist killed my tooth and I would need a root canal. Thankfully I did not need one but my tooth continued to hurt. It has been over a year and my tooth is still not back to normal. It hurts to chew on one side of my mouth because of the mess up from the first dentist at Aspen. Aspen continues to send me bills for the extra services I needed due to their mess up. I have called so many times with no call backs or lies from staff that they will clear the bill and stop sending me stuff. My husband has called for me and been very rude to. I have tried to reach Carla many times to give my approval for my husband to discuss the bill. The lack of effort on her part is appalling. I feel so mistreated by ALL Aspen Dental employees. I am sick over the fact that they refuse to help me when they are the ones who screwed my mouth up for the last year. There hasn't been a single person taking responsibility for your poor actions towards me. I have discussed this with a lawyer and I am very close to hiring one to sue Aspen for their wrong doings. I would prefer not go this route but I am at a loss for what to do next. I would never go back to Aspen and I will share my story with all. This issue needs to be rectified.

The first person i talked too, listened to what i wanted and also comped the office visit since i had no insurance and would be paying out of pocket.
Got in the same day, they wanted t put me in appointment that was 5 days away, i explained to the woman i was in so much pain is there anyway we could do it today? she booked me in, went to have lunch, back in tooth was pulled, dentist was great, his assistant was great. I will be going back to them. with dentist phobia i felt OK there.

First I wanna say I love my Aspen Dental on Barry Road in Kansas City Missouri! I was in the dental field as an endodontist assistant for 20 years! And I can really say that the people and doctors who work there are the best I’ve ever seen! First I want to start with the receptionist Charnelle, when you walk in you see this beautiful young lady who is happy and smiling and is so kind and knows her job so well that you feel at ease right away A+!!! Second the dental assistant Kenya she was so great at her job, compassionate, friendly and just all-around a great great girl! I also had the pleasure of having Helen as my assistant and she was absolutely positively wonderful I had a lower denture put in and all my sore spots were gone after she took care of it, Helen was also so kind!! Now the dentist Dr Fangmon was phenomenal she explained everything to the last detail! Doctor was also very kind, compassionate, knows what she’s doing and took her time to get it right!! You have no idea how much I appreciate that! So needless to say I had a INCREDIBLE experience because of the wonderful employees and doctors! Will refer all my friends to Aspen Dental!

Girlfriend was seen promptly, had a broken tooth, has a surgery first thing Monday, was given a prescription for her extreme pain except the prescription was written incorrectly and so we weren't able to get any medications. By this time they closed for the weekend so I called their after hours help desk. I waited 4 hours , called twice, and Still no call from back any doctors even though they promise a 20 minute responce. My girlfriend is suffering and this dentist company is so incompetent, all I need is a doctor to verify that prescription AND IM STILL WAITING.
If this wasn't an emergency I would be canceling her surgery with this place, in FACT I'm concerned that they will make things worse so maybe it's safer to cancel it.

My husband was in so much pain when we called in for an appointment. They got us in the same day (on a Saturday!) and took care of his problem immediately (and it was affordable). The staff was wonderful, we could not have asked for better service!! Keep up the good work, we will be back!! Thank you, thank you Aspen Dental!!!

It was a good place to get schedule especially during this COVID time. I saw online website they specialized through dentures and partial dentures and other needs like a dentist office. I was in pain, so even though it was only a consultation appt. They were able to help me get out of pain with couple teeth extraction. It was close to full abscess but they pulled it out. I was happy that I was out of pain They also listen to what you want to do. They were very thorough. Shontay, one of their consultation office staff was very helpful. She helped me get dental credit card because I maxed out my insurance dental plan already. They had reasonable APR rates and monthly rates. They give you 3 options of what monthly plans to have. I am happy I chose this place. They have on their website smile warranty if I am not happy with my partial dentures that I am planning in my treatment plan, they guarantee to correct it. I will hold to that. I am very excited and nervous with partial dentures. I never had one before so I hope it goes well when I get it.
