Only my first visit but everyone seems really nice there. A diverse staff and clean office atmosphere. My only complaint is that it's really cold in there. They need to turn up the heat!

Unprofessional..... Last time I checked HIPAA privacy also includes dental offices. I would highly recommend not going here. They will discuss financial obligations in front of others to the point of humiliation. Unethical and unprofessional....

My husband has been going to the one on Barry road. ALL the people who work there are so nice. They treat you like family. It's so nice to actually look forward to seeing the people when seeing the dentist! Most people dread going to the dentist. It's now 2023 and I was a patient today. Awesome people still. A great new dentist that made me feel so comfortable. He is so great!

The dental hygienist was amazing and the sweet girl who worked me up, Ashley. They were so kind and gentle. Waiting for the office manager to go over paperwork took the longest and even she was very nice. I left out a star because the pricing was different then the website and hard to understand what was going on.

I came in for a cleaning and fillings and the hygienist Jené was so delicate, thorough and was very informative! The doctor was amazing and the assistant Dominic was amazing!! I definitely will be returning to the office!

I have never been so impressed with a dental visit. Exceptionally modern and sanitary office. All the equipment is state-of-the-art and of the latest technology. I have not ever had such a thorough examination. Above all, the dentist, Dr. Fangman, was the best(by far) dentist I have ever been to. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. She completely explained every detail perfectly and answered every question in depth. I would highly recommend requesting her.

Ananias, and Kristie are very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Lowry is extremely nice and funny and also makes you feel at ease. They are all totally amazing. The best experience I ever had at dentist and I hate going to dentist. If you need dental work done this is the place to go.

I went to this location to inquire about all on 4 dental implants. They seemed knowledgeable, experienced, and comforting. They gave me a price of around $23,000, which I agreed to. I was told a dentist from another area would come to this location to do the process. I had a trip planned for the following week, so I scheduled it for when I returned. I sincerely felt like I was in good hands.
When I got back, I was told that dentist no longer works with them, so I was scheduled to go to a different location with a new estimate of $18,000. When I looked at the estimate, I noticed there were only four implants listed, two for the top and two for the bottom. When I asked about this, I was told to just tell the dentist doing the procedure that I wanted four more.
When I went to my appointment, I sat in the lobby for thirty minutes after my scheduled time. The employees were all excited saying stuff like “We get to do a surgery today”, like it was very uncommon. When I finally got back, the assistant wanted to start the numbing process and was upset that I told her I wanted to speak with the dentist first.
When I spoke with the dentist, my first statement was “I want to make sure you’re putting four implants on the top and four implants on the bottom, for eight total. She looked at me confused and said “What implants? You’re getting dentures.” She then explained that they were getting ready to yank all my teeth out and give me dentures, and the cost was going to be $30,000. I left immediately.
TLDR: Written estimate for $23,000 for all on 4 implants almost became $30,000 for dentures.
