The staff is all incredibly nice, caring, and talented! I have dental anxiety and they do a great job of putting my mind at ease and making me feel relaxed. They did great work on my crowns and deep cleaning.

This is the first time I have felt comfortable with the dentist pretty much ever. They were honest and straightforward with me. They didn't make me feel ashamed or neurotic and overall made me feel safe. I did alot of research before committing to this office and am so pleased that I did. I am looking forward to working with them for all my needs.

These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond to solve my problem. I can't say enough good things about them!

I have been going to Parkville Modern Dentistry since they first opened their doors. I will not go anywhere else for myself and now the rest of my family. Dr. Matthew Yip is incredible, he makes you feel at ease the minute you meet him and throughout any process your having done. He uses the latest technology and equipment so that your visit will go easier than you ever thought possible. The staff is always helpful and caring and seem to always have a smile on their face! THANK YOU Dr. Yip and staff for all that you do!

I have been coming here since they opened. Dr. Yip gave me a 3 year plan, and have not really had many problems with my teeth. Any problems I do have are taken care of quickly and without me feeling bad about being in pain. With emergencies they can get in you in same day, I have no idea why someone would wait for 3 weeks in pain, speak up. I think some of these reviews are trolls from other practices, I've been to other dentists in KC, in Europe and in NYC, and this has to be in my top 2 experiences with dentists. Macey goes above and beyond to help with insurance, Dr. Moore is also excellent. Not once did I feel like I was being fleeced. I've been to other places where you over pay, then insurance comes in and covered more than estimates, and they try and sell you stuff. Not here they give you a refund. Everyone I have ever referred here has never come come and complained.

I am so happy we found Parkville Modern Dentistry! We had to change dentists when our insurance changed. They were up front in making sure I understood all charges based on my insurance payments and my copays. There was no question unanswered. Dr Gill performed my initial evaluation and filling. I had a recessed gum line I was very concerned about, and I was referred to their periodontist immediately! I actually had a gum graft the next day. The service was impeccable

The staff here is usually kind enough to avoid any complaint. Dr. Gill was a saint and treated me with compassion and patience but sadly she moved to an office in Kansas. I had the misfortune of being treated by Dr. Werley; first for a crown and second to reapply that crown when it popped off a year later. Both times were awful. She was too rushed to care that I was still very much feeling everything after the numbing. The second visit I was so upset I couldn't get out of there fast enough. When I reached out to the office to express my bad experience with her I got zero response. So I walk away with the impression that they have a large enough patient base that it didn't really matter if I was unhappy.

Fine by me, I found a wonderful dental office just up the road that treats me as if I actually matter and they appreciate my business.

I have been to this office several times. Each time they try to upsell me things that are not necessary and not covered by insurance. Once they spoke to me about teeth whitener and gave me a brochure…then billed me for a “teeth whitening consultation”! This last time they insisted that I needed a deep clean (never had a cavity in my life) that was not covered by insurance then said it was a “CDC policy” that they couldn’t even give me an insurance-covered regular clean due to “needing” a deep clean. That the CDC required I get this “deep clean.” Very bizarre situation.
