I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my oral care!

I've struggled with oral health since I was little and have really hated going to the dentist. When I moved up North I knew I needed to find a new dentist and get some things taken care of.

Dr. Yip and his team have always treated me with kindness and respect. There's no pressure or condescension about treatment plans. It's "we've got some work to do, where would you like to start?"

They put you in the driver seat - they explain all of the benefits of different courses of action and suggest affordable (sometimes 100% covered) preventative treatments!'

I went from dreading the dentist, to always leaving with a smile.

The office is clean and they have up-to-date technology but they operate purely as a business. After seeing a dentist for three years regularly I had to change dentists because of an insurance change. The initial appointment took almost two hours and ended with the business manager reviewing the dentists recommendations and saying it was going to cost $2400+. They overcharge for services and make unnecessary and non-urgent recommendations to make money. My husband had the same experience as sis my friend who went in to have her wisdom teeth removed. They priced her procedure at six times higher than another qualified dentist across the street. A waste of time and I'm never going back.

I LOVE this place. Dr. Sutherland is incredibly nice and attentive. She took care of me unlike any dentist I've had before. And the ladies upfront are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about insurances and coverages. Overall it was a great experience and I can say I don't dread having to go to the dentist anymore. Thank y'all so much!

This place is horrible. Do not go here. They just want to take your money. Everyone was rude, and the doctors were careless.

Bad customer service and the dentists are no better off. The dentist did not even introduce himself and started to dig into my mouth. Bleeding gum after I got home. Be cautious because this office will charge you $400-$500 for a simple cleaning.

This dentist office is fantastic! I had an accident and broke 2 teeth on a Friday night. I walked in on a Saturday morning asking for help to fix my teeth. I had never been there before. Dr Wendy Werley squeezes me in between appointments to do 2 root canals AND 2 crowns. She was kind and made a horrible situation much better. My thanks and gratitude is beyond measure. Thank you so much!

Not happy overall with my visit. Was hoping to get some of my concerns confirmed and work on a plan to fix my teeth. No plan was made and a cleaning wasn't performed felt rushed. The tech that did my xrays was fantastic. I understand prevention is important, but I have pain and needed to setup further appointments. I'll look elsewhere after seeing their pricing for what I needed done.
Made the appointment after my fiancee had a positive experience here. However I wasn't offered any kind of payment plan as he was and my root canal was priced several times what his was even having similar insurance to his.
Felt like they assumed I couldn't afford anything and sent me on my way.

This is the most unprofessional business establishment I've ever encountered. They're extremely inefficient with time management, and the actual dentist that I was supposed to see for an 11am appointment didn't walk in the room until I asked to speak directly with her about this poor time management at 11:30am. When asked why she's (WENDY WERLEY) 30 minutes late to see me, she became extremely argumentative, and lacked the ability to listen. I ended up not getting my cleaning done, as I could not support such an unprofessional environment. There's absolutely nothing "modern" about this dental office. I'll strongly suggest you abstain from Parkville Modern Dentistry if you value your time, and appreciate great service.

Everyone was super nice for example the receptionist and ladies who did my x-rays. However, the dentist was pretty rude when I didn’t want to get a porcelain filling and decided to get a bonding instead. It’s not my fault I don’t have 2000 dollars to spend... she did do a great job I’ll give her that I just didn’t like how passive aggressive she was when I was being super friendly.

It was a wonderful time from walking in that door to leaving! They greeted me with a smile right when I came through that door! Macie was super nice! Helped me through the whole process! The Dr was kind, explained everything and made sure I understood it all! Happy to be with them for my time with braces!
