Great customer service & staff ! Had my first appointment the other day and I will be back !

This was an emergency visit to get a tooth extracted. The extraction was very painful and Dr. Yip stated that pain meds would be provided and then I had to call several times to get the pain meds filled. I will not return to this office in the future.

I've asked for my itemized invoice 3 times, still nothing, except a bill for $1900 AFTER I made out a dental plan they failed to adhere to.

I’m confused by the bad reviews because i’ve yet to have a bad experience at this place. I had a great experience with the team & dr werley for my root canal. they were patient, made sure i was comfortable and made the process fun. the team asked consistently how i was doing, and were super careful and gentle going about the procedure. i had a pretty big fear of dentistry after having a terrible experience with another dentist/place with another root canal years back, but parkville dentistry calmed my fears. i had no pain the entire time. will be going back to see dr werley!

I called this dental office to fix a broken tooth, instead of fixing the tooth that was broken, Dr. Ezel decided to fix other teeth that was not bothering me. Needless to say the tooth ended up getting severely infected,and broke even more, I had to have the tooth surgically removed and was put on strong antibiotics because of infecrion,by another dentist. These people expect me to pay them when they never fixed what I went in for. I highly recommend not coming to this facility unless want a dentist that won't listen to you and does whatever he wants too instead.

Our family had a horrible first visit experience. We will never go back here. First me and my husband (along with our toddler) had appointments. The took them 2.5 hours to see us (keep in mind our toddler's visit took less than 5 minutes). They were incredibly slow. The office isn't child friendly.They a few Lego in a corner. They were incredibly rough on our teeth cleaning. My husband never complains about dental cleaning and he even said they were rough and didn't know what they were doing. We left with bloody and sore teeth and very frustrated.

Just seeing these negative reviews makes me want to post something. People only come on here and rant when they have a bad time, most don't review when they had a good experience. Especially this last review...really? Because you couldn't keep your teeth....?

I've seen Dr. Yip and his team for the past 3 years. When I first saw them I hadn't seen a dentist in 4 years. They had to fix 4 cavities, and start gingivitis treatment. 3 years later I'm all good. They call to remind me for appointments, and when I get there its literally 5-10 minutes until I am back in a chair and being seen. I have nothing but positive comments about Dr. Yip and his team.

Friendly and professional staff. Pierce is an amazing hygienist! He explains everything in detail before and during treatment and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time!

It's been an easy experience, and the staff are kind. Dr. Wendy Werley is always friendly and thorough with me at every visit! I originally transitioned within the Smile Generation network: starting out at Tiffany Springs Dental Group and then transitioned to Parkville Modern Dentistry. At PMD, there's never been any mistreatment, no rudeness, no poor bedside manner. Everyone is kind and supportive. Now, the prices for the best treatments are very expensive, even the 2nd best is too costly. Now, the policy for 2019 does not include a payment plan for major procedures, but in years prior, the option for monthly payment plans were available. Due to this huge change, I will need to seek a 2nd and 3rd opinion at a different practice for a broken filled molar and other crowns needed.

I feel as though I was rushed through my appointment. Not only did no one take a look at my teeth they rushed to refer me elsewhere without a full exam which was the reason I scheduled the appointment in the first place. Then I was told it was an “emergency visit” which is was not. I also had a lady walk in and tell me I was wrong in regards to which tooth is broke... seeing clearly in the x-ray in front of us and the fact it is in MY MOUTH! I cannot believe how thy rushed me out the door and didn’t even look at me more less care to speak to me or explain anything!
