Dr. Schaller and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I like to get some education whenever I see my healthcare professionals, and the folks at Flintlock always take the time to share their knowledge. I consistently leave feeling confident that I know what's going on and that my dental needs are receiving careful expert attention.

Not going to lie, I was crying on my way to my first appointment here at Flintlock Dental. My previous dentist did a lot of things that I didn’t authorize or approve of and it seemed like I was never heard. I suffered three years in pain because I was afraid to go back to them or even search for a new dentist. Needless to say, my anxiety was hyperactive just over having X-rays done to see what they can do for me.
As soon as I walked in, everybody was so kind, warm, and welcoming. My hygienist was very considerate about my dental pain as she did the X-rays.
When it came down to meeting with Mr. Schaller he maintained that welcoming, kind, and considerate energy. He took time to really understand the problems I had with my last dentist and the list of concerns that I had about my teeth. After looking everything over, he was able to talk to me in a way that I didn’t feel shamed for the condition of my teeth. For the first time, I felt confident and hopeful about the future of my teeth. There is now a plan in place for restoring not just the health of my smile, but the comfort and cosmetic aspects as well.
When I went to the lovely receptionist to make my next appointment. I had concerns about whitening my teeth and felt that I wouldn’t qualify because of the conditions of my teeth. She had the knowledge to be able to tell me that whitening is not only a possibility but part of the plan once I start taking the steps to get dental implants on my front teeth. *Side note: They are dead, the roots never developed due to a fall I had when I was super young, this was nothing devastating to me personally.
I found out that they don’t take my current dental insurance, but that they would be happy to move forward if I wanted to. You better believe I found an insurance company that they would take so I can stick with them, but still get the financial coverage that I need especially with the future work that I will be facing. I’m super excited for my next appointments with them!

Had such a great experience at Flintlock Dental; starting at the front desk! Absolutely wonderful dentist and staff. I really don’t like going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable, which made it a very pleasant visit! I will definitely be going back which you would never catch me saying... ever!!!

The front office lady Beth or she might have another name is very rude and likes to hang up on her patients when she’s talking to them on the phone. Very bad communication skills discussing payments. Had session done was told there would be no co-pay and then was surprised later on by it. The front office person Beth informs you how she will call back never does very poor customer service skills and very rude. I thoroughly believe that this dentist practice is more in it for the money suggesting procedures that the patient does not need. All the previous dental places I’ve gone to Have never suggested the deep cleaning plan this place set up for me. And when flintlock family dental set this up deep cleaning plan of theirs due to the poor communication skills they don’t seem to mention the longevity and the Specifications of the treatment going forward at the time of starting them. Basically extending it out where my insurance coverage runs out for the year so they can make some extra money I’m sure like I said I believe this office is more in it for the profit then what you actually need

The team here is AMAZING. I had to get a tooth extracted and they refered me to a great surgeon, because it was an emergency. And when I had some discomfort and pain from said extraction, they were able to get me in quick and help fix the problem. The staff is very caring and I will be coming back for all of my dental needs.
