The process was very streamlined. They had sent me papers to sign before I ever attended the appointment. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. They pulled me back for my appointment on time, if not early. Then everything was super clean. They were friendly and provided lots of helpful information. They have a giant window to look out while you're getting your teeth done. Then upon checking out, this process was simple and streamlined as well.

We love Dr. Duff and all her stuff. My 3 year old daughter gets excited when I tell her we're going to the dentist. My 1.5 year old daughter gets excited and even practices opening her mouth, until we get there, then she won't open her mouth! :) We love the friendliness, professionalism, service, we highly recommend her!
