I just had my new patient appointment with Dr. Bair here and she was absolutely wonderful. When I was in high school I experienced some tooth trauma in a sports accident and have been afraid of the dentist ever since. Today, Dr. Bair was calm, reassuring, and very helpful. I have never felt more relaxed in a dental chair in my life!
The hygienist cleaned my teeth and it felt so easy that I hardly realized we were done. I felt like I gained a new friend.
They are so great here, I can't wait to come back. I would recommend Dr. Bair to anyone.

I have had such great experiences going to Duff Family Dental. I recently moved to Springfield, and was in need of a new dentist office to visit. In the past I'd always had pretty bad experiences with dentists. Not so much with treatment, but more with manners, professionalism, and lack of care. I remember being nervous about going to another dentist. I was worried about being shamed for the state of my teeth rather than being treated with care and respect. During my first exam, all of my concerns were washed away. Dr. Duff provided me with a treatment plan after explaining my options, and giving me suggestions. I actually called my mom after the first appointment because I was so happy. Dr. Duff along with all of the other staff have treated me greatly every time I've come in. I've never had to wait long, and I've never left feeling like my teeth were absolutely horrible. Instead, I've always been treated with prompt, professional service and with a plan of action to better my teeth. Thank you so very much!
