Horrible money hungry office!
Took my daughter there who has NEVER had a cavity due to not being able to get her onto her regular dentists for her cleaning. Dr. Duff said she had a cavity and wanted to drill &fill. I refused. Got her back into her dds who took xrays, gave them to me and said she DID NOT have any cavities! Glad I left!

I was going to a different dentist in Springfield where I got a filling done. They didn’t sand the filling down correctly and after 3 visits back with no success and 6 months of discomfort I went to Duff. It literally took her 5 minutes to fix my teeth. NO pain or discomfort afterwards. Words can’t express how happy I was. That was 2 years ago.
I won’t change dentists as long as I am in Springfield. There’s something to be said about the friendly and extremely efficient way they do business.
