Duff Family Dental

I had to go to Duff Family Dental for a full mouth extraction, due to poor choices that I made through the course of 39 years. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcome and invited. I was worried that I was going to be judged based on my appearance, and none of that came true. The Doctor and the staff walked me through the entire process, reassured me that everything was going to okay, and in the end, I would look amazing.
3 days after surgery, I had my dentures taken out and readjusted, just a bit, so as to fit right, and after 6 months I had my temporary plate removed and my permanent hard plate put in. At that moment my life completely changed, my smile, my bite, and I looked normal again! It was absolutely exciting! I finally have my life back! And it's all thanks to the fantastic people at Duff Family Dental & OMS Oral Surgery! I've already recommended both organizations to several of my friends and family.
I've got nothing but wonderful and fantastic things to say about this practice and all that work there!

Went here for the first time yesterday and I'm so happy I chose them as my dentist. I haven't had a dentist for some time due to me not having dental insurance and I was extremely anxious/nervous when I arrived.

Jeannie checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. Very patient and was careful with talking to everyone in the office due to this whole pandemic happening. Then my exam was done by Dominique (or maybe Monique?) and I'm sure she could tell I was super nervous. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. She was super nice and she complimented me on my cat socks that I was excited to finally wear. Anywho, she then had Carla Duff examine me and she was super nice as well.

The place itself is very clean and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a new dentist. Thanks ladies for helping me out. You guys are amazing

I have been going to Duff family dental for a little less than a year but have had quite the massive amount of dental work done. Just as any patient insurance is confusing, i called Duff family dental to ask some questions about the amount i paid in the office verse the amount the insurance company said i should pay. The person who answered my call was Jeanie, at first she was extremely helpful and was willing to help me. After she sent me an email writing it all out and explaining how i had a negative balance (i paid everything in full with the amounts that were told to me so this was a surprise. I hate owing companies money) things began to go down hill. I called Jeanie another 4 times and asked questions where she answered them with “I’ve only worked here a year” “i know only as much as you know” and then proceeded to laugh after every question. I was nice and held my frustration in until the last call when she laughed again after my question that is when i got snippy and responded with “why are you laughing” where Jeanie got extremely quiet and i said goodbye after. I absolutely love this dental office and Dr. Duff and the doctor that did my extractions were amazing. I was truly shocked with customer service like this. I came in for an appointment today and Catrina (bless this girls heart she has seen my teeth in some bad shape since the first visit i had) helped me tremendously understand with what happened, she checked me out upfront and explained everything throughly and made sure it was a way i understood. I will return but Jeanie if you don’t know the answer to someone’s questions please just ask someone to help you or transfer me to someone who can.

Absolutely fantastic experience in every way. Staff accommodated my limited schedule with ease and gave me a great experience for all my appointments. They were able to put permanent crowns on my teeth within a month of first being seen and I couldn't be happier with my teeth.

Everyone was so welcoming & friendly. I had been looking for a new dental office to call home & I have definitely found it! My hygienist, Dominique, immediately made me feel at ease & comfortable. We had great conversation! Dr Bair was wonderful! She answered all my questions & concerns! If you’re looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend this one!

I love the office, it is very modern and clean. The people working there are great too. The last place I went I was always scared of the receptionist but the lady at Duff was super nice. My hygienist was awesome. She was nice, quick and it didn't hurt. For someone who has had anxiety about going to the dentist in the past this was super important to me. The dentist herself was really nice too. My mom was there and she talked to her about getting me wisdom teeth out in a "mom to mom" kind of way. They didn't push any unnecessary procedures like teeth whitening and the Dentist even told me I have nice teeth! This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had and I almost can't wait for my next cleaning!

Great customer service and the staff is super friendly. I felt like it was a bit pricey though if you don't have dental insurance. I typically go somewhere else and Duff Family Dental was almost double the price of what my family and I are used to paying for a dental cleaning and x-rays. Otherwise the atmosphere and services were great.

Duff Family Dental has an amazing dental practice. We just moved to the area and its always hard finding a new Dentist. From the moment we arrived ,we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The hygienist was very kind. The facility was very clean. They did everything to make me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this Dental office.
