I was not shocked to read the review about the receptionist staff. I’m not sure if they are trained to have many “miscommunications” but I also encountered a “miscommunication.” What’s funny is, the person who referred me got charged $50 after her missed appointment that she never got a reminder text for. When she called to tell them she never got any reminder they claimed she was lying and that they definitely showed that the text went through. I called to cancel my appointment two days before. I specifically said I wanted to reschedule and to CANCEL my appointment as I had to work during the scheduled time. I got a text the morning of my appointment saying they were looking forward to seeing me. I called and was told “I just thought you were going to call back if you wanted to reschedule.” Absolutely not, I was very clear that I had to work, hence the entire reason for the phone call to begin with or I would have just went to the appointment. I made sure they weren’t going to charge the $50 as it had happened to my referral and they said, “not this time.” Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time. The dentist and hygienist were good, but if the dentist wants to run the business with extra charges from his receptionists then I see why people are having problems coming back. Neither my referral or I will ever be doing business here again.

Dr. Prior is knowledgeable of current dental practices, and his emphasis on quality and perfection is to be lauded! He and his staff provide pain free dental work; I haven't had a single uncomfortable moment while in his care; I haven't even realized when he applies numbing agents. Thank you Dr Prior and staff for making me so comfortable . Just walking in your door made me feel so scared due to my phobia. I have major anxiety. The smiling faces and greetings from everyone as I walked to my space made me relax. Everyone was so quick and everyone tried to keep me distracted as I waited .

Special thanks to the dark haired lady in accounts payables too. She came to check on me, asked how my husband with MS was doing and all my children. I even was happy to see her there cause knew if I needed a hand holder ... she would be there for me ! She is so sweet. She knew my history :)

Today was my first time with the assistant Dawn and she was very nice to me and explained what she was doing on me today and even giggled at my excuses for my tooth hurting. (I said I slept on it wrong) Dr. Sam is my doctor and he is super nice to me especially when I am scared he makes me feel safe. Love, Madie
