I had the worst tooth ache I have ever had and didn’t sleep at all last night. The dentist that I have been seeing for 5 years wouldn’t get me in even though I told them I was in pain. I called Kingston and scheduled an emergency appointment at 8:00am and they got me on the schedule the same day as I was in pain.

I had an 11:30am appointment showed up at 11:00am and was called to the back at 11:15am. Paper work was easy to complete and the person at the front desk made it even easier.

I had a root canal completed at this office and I didn’t feel a thing. Was very quick and I felt comfortable from the time I set down until it was done.

They did the best they could to work with my insurance and cost me the minimal amount of money out of my pocket as possible. They also have payment programs for their services.

I will be back and I will be useing Kingston Dental Care as my primary Dentist for myself and my kids.

I don’t know what the hell is going on at this office but man are they genuinely good people! We had an accident 3 hours before a wedding and they saw us on a Saturday, 1 hour before closing, and with no appointment. They all seemed to genuinely care about the accident, treated us better than I’ve ever been treated at a doctor or dentist, and did a fantastic job mending the cracked tooth! I couldn’t have been happier with our experience and if I lived in St. Louis, I would immediately use them as my primary dentist!

I absolutely love Kingston Dental. They truly are like family they welcome you and your family with open arms. I have been going to them for quite some time now and I have never been disappointed by any means. They are so kind to myself, husband, and our children that words do not begin to explain how welcome I feel there. Chairside Manor is always excellent and the morale in the office is always uplifting. I have had numerous root canals and cavities done over the past few years and I can honestly tell you that when Doc goes to numb you he wiggles your cheek and you don't feel a thing.... (AMAZING!!!!) I'm a huge baby, I don't do pain like at all... It's so nice getting dental work done and not having to worry about pain or tenderness. I can't say enough good things about them. They are heaven sent and I'm so grateful for all that they do for my family.

Kingston dental has been an amazing experience for me. I have had traumatic experiences in the past which caused a lot of anxiety for me when it came to dentists. Dr. Grief and his staff have been impeccable in the area of customer service. It has made a major impact on me. I would recommend Kingston dental to anyone looking for a dentist. Their service and care of their patients is superior!

In 46 yrs I have been to a few different dentist offices and Kingston Dental is so professional and friendly. Sara and Dr. Brandon are awesome have taken care of all my needs and concerns. I refer everyone that ask about a really good Dentist. Every employee and every Dr. will make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff at Kingston are always top notch. From beginning to end my whole experience is always pleasant and painless. The ladies up front are friendly. They pay attention to details about my insurance and keep me informed. The assistants and hygienists explain my treatment in terms that I understand and are always kind, knowledgeable and gentle. The dentists make you feel at ease and recommend treatment that will help me keep my teeth for years by utilizing preventative measures instead of letting things go. The staff is amazing. You are immediately greeted appointments are on time. The dentist and hygienist excellent. They never rush always take their time and explain everything. The facility is spotless. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to.

Dr Sam is the best. He makes sure that his patients are comfortable and satisfied. Kingston Dental overall has great staff from the front desk ladies to the dental assistants to the office manager, everyone is super friendly and eager to help with anything. Patients are their number one priority which is why my whole family goes to this office and I would recommend it to anyone who is on the search for an amazing dental office.

I had extreme tooth pain and they were able to fit me in. Not only that, but when I came back the day after getting an emergency root canal, everyone in the office asked if I felt better and stated how concerned they were. Of course they did their job, but they actually went above and beyond by actually caring about their patients. They are always so kind and greet you by name when you arrive.

Where do I start. So I when I came in they already had all my info so I just took a seat for maybe 10 minutes if that and I got called back. I saw a wonderful woman who saw and understood I was freaking out due to severe dental anxiety. So she was communicating with me about things outside of the dentist topics and made me feel a little more comfortable. They took a couple xrays and then the dentist came in and just flat out told me this or that which I respect because he was just blunt and honest in a good way. He told me that the best thing would be for me to get my tooth pulled and from there let it heal and just get an implant. I told him if I saw that needle I would go insane and he didn’t try to argue or anything he immediately recommended me to a oral surgeon so I can be put to sleep during the procedure and continued to mention that I am welcome for the following steps including possible fillings, deep cleaning of the gums and teeth and other things. Great experience overall and will be my go to dental facility for all future cleaning, exams, check ups, etc. once again amazing place and well worth it. :)
