Kingston Dental Care in St. Louis, MO

So I had to go in for a Root Canal today. As we all know they can be quiet unpleasant. The staff at Kingston as normal went above and beyond. Thank you Dijana for making this experience not as dreadful as I have heard. Before, during, and after the procedure ensuring that I was comfortable, keeping me informed on how the procedure was going. No pain through the entire process and just another reason why after a lifetime of hating the Dentist, Kingston Dental has made it something I look forward to. As long as Dijana is there I will not be afraid to do another root canal.

I went to Kingston with a toothache a couple of years ago, I was new to the area and they were close to my new house. I told them which tooth hurt and they told me they did not think it was that tooth and proceeded to work on a different tooth first to later find out it was the tooth I was complaining about. The tooth ache got worse as they waited to work on it… they finally decided to put a crown on the tooth that was bothering me, but that did not help and they had to do a root canal immediately through the crown they had just put on. The root canal they performed took every bit of 3 hours. I did not like the way the billing department handled collections, they are aggressive and come to collect payment before you are even out of the chair. Needless to say I did not return to this office. About a year later the pain returned in that tooth and I come to find out that Kingston left a canal open during root canal and this has now caused bone death in the tooth and it will need to be extracted. After spending thousands of dollars at Kingston, they have caused irrecoverable damage to my tooth and I will be spending thousands of more dollars to remove and replace it. I have spoke to multiple dental professionals all of which have reassured me that the poor root canal was the cause of the bone death in the tooth. If you are reading this review- do yourself a favor and pick a different dental office

Friendly staff, the girls greet you warmly when you come in and they recongize who you are. The dental hygienists are friendly, professional and proficient. Great place to belong to.

Edita was my dental hygienist and was so sweet, informative of everything going on and explaining well to all questions I had. She was so gentle and caring. Everyone at Kingston Dental Care are so nice and easy to work with. Thanks for all you do!!! God Bless!😊

Dr Sam has a way of putting you at ease. He is a great dentist and is extremely kind and considerate. Selma is a fantastic dental assistant who also puts you at ease. They both explain everything they are doing as they go. They also took my medical issues to consideration and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I've been in dentist chairs since I was young due to medication damaged teeth and Dr Sam is one of the best I been worked on by. I was nervous going in because of the current pandemic but Kingston is taking every precaution to ensure their patients and staff are safe. Once there I felt very safe getting work done. I truly appreciate the measures taken.

I left my last dentist due to the distance and also due to the fact that they stopped Saturday hours. Quite a long time had passed and I just knew I. Had to get out there and find a new dentist, I was dreading going anywhere else since the last dentist was one of the best. I selected Kingston Dental because they had Saturday hours, not knowing anything more. After my visit, I am in dentist heaven and 100% confident in the care and treatment that I can get there. The atmosphere is super welcoming and soothing and everyone you become in contact has beautiful manners and exude professionalism and warmth. I can say with much certainly that I did well and I have a new dentist practice to help me meet my oral health goals!

Great staff! Very friendly and kind people working there. I was nervous going since it's been several years since visiting a dentist. However no one judged me or had anything negative to say. They were very gentle and did a fantastic job. Seems like all there equipment is new and very high quality. I would defiently recommend Kingston dental to anyone looking for quality dentists!

My 5 year old was so scared to go to the Dentist. Edita made her appointment so much fun and when she left she asked when she gets to come back again!!

Debbie, also was very thorough in cleaning my teeth and provided great advice on how to use my water pick.

From the moment you walk into this office, you feel the family environment. Starting at the front desk, you’re greeted with smiling faces and kind people! Dr. Cahill is one of the best dentist anyone can ever get! He is honest, knowledgeable, caring and very patient. I’ve been truly impressed by my experience with him. A big thank you to him and the Kingston Dental Staff especially Debbie!

Aditya was phenomenal - best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was so patient, thorough, and kind. Dr. Cahill was great as well. They made me feel comfortable as a person who is normally not comfortable at a dentist office. I look forward to starting the treatment plan we’ve setup. Thank you for everything!

Was EXTREMELY nervous because I’ve never had a pain free dental procedure in any of the previous practices I had gone to. This was thankfully my first pain free procedure and I’m so grateful. I go back in 3 weeks for my permanent crowns and I’m less nervous knowing I’m finally going to a dentist/practice that cares about patient comfort. Thank you all so much - Autumn and Dr. Cahill we’re wonderful!
