They tried charging me $100 for missing an appointment that I called in advance and canceled on a Monday because my appointment was Tuesday and my family found out we had Covid on Sunday. I asked them to waive the fee and whoever monitors their office phone, texted me like they text their girlfriends. Very poor, immature communication with terrible grammar and extremely unprofessional. It blows my mind that an employee like this is allowed to text the patients in this manner. To add to it, they sent screenshots of my conversation to my husband who had an appointment scheduled. Truly comical that they find themselves to be a professional facility.

Excellent experience with Dijana and Dr. Sam!
Dijana went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother’s issues by advocating for us with Dr. Sam (who was also accommodative), with the lab, and by squeezing us in for an earlier follow-up appointment. Her actions improved the quality of my Mom’s life much quicker than we could have hoped for. We are most grateful. Thank you Dijana!

Wonderful and comfortable experience ! They all are nice and understanding . Friendly staff they make you truly feel safe also office is kept nice and clean and the waiting room doesn’t even feel like a waiting more like a living room ! Lol i would give this place 100 stars if i could

Our whole family goes to Kingston Dental and we love it!!! My kids are very nervous going to the dentist, and they couldn’t stop talking about how great Edita, our hygienist, is and how nice and comforting she is! She really made them feel more comfortable and confident through the whole visit. We also love Dr. Cahill and the other doctors! Thank you guys for the positive dental experience :)

The office responded quickly and sympathetically to my panicked call about my tooth. The dentist was so gentle, and asked me many questions and LISTENED to my answers. I felt cared for by all the staff, which is so important when you feel so miserable.

Scheduling was easy and everyone is incredibly nice. Texting to communicate is awesome and new patient paperwork was a breeze. X-rays & cleaning with Adita was great, no problems, was explained everything throughout which was nice too. You don’t get that often going to the dentist! Cherry on top was the new patient goodie bag contained an insulated cup full of candy chapstick, a magnet, pen, toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. No a better way to leave the dentist than with a bunch of chocolate! Back for cavity filling in a few weeks - See you guys soon!
