Me and my family have been patients of Dr. Sam for many years and all the best about him . Dr. Sam doesn't work on Saturdays and I was examined by Dr. James Cahill who is very detailed and kind..Thank you very much

Very friendly, polite and professional office. All the latest technology, including a massaging dental chair! Both Dr. Prior and Selma the hygienist took the time to explain everything going on and they made an unpleasant necessity as easy as possible. So glad my retiring dentist referred me there!

I do not recommend visiting this facility due to the staff's lack of communication and patient care. Require a notice for cancellations (like many places do), but was still charge $125.00 even after cancelling the appointment 24 hours ahead of time. Would of been nice to have this information when canceling appointment instead of being blind sighted and overly charged. No one even cared to mentioned this during the call. My sister was only charged $50 when she had to cancel her appointment. The staff were not willing to help when I called to inquire about the charge. I was refereed to this office and it was the worst referral. Also did not like that they could not find any paperwork for my visit. The receptionist also accused of lying about cancelling appointment. Will not be returning to this facility and will make sure others are aware just how awful this experience was as a patient.

I am a senior and had 2 half broken front teeth. I assumed the dentist would just put caps or 2 implants on which is what I wanted. I went in from July until December . He kept pulling other teeth for no reason. My last visit I had more broken teeth that of course needed pulled. To this day, My teeth look worse than they did when I went the first day. Also, the girl named Anna would yell out that I owed 50.00 for a cancellation. I spent a lot on cancellations. If you have to watch a sick child or you can't get out of your driveway due to street repairs, I still got charged 50.00. I took 10,000 out of my Ira account to pay for nothing. I look worse now than when I first stepped in this office. I have no front teeth. I would not suggest that any elderly people go here.

The dentist and staff at Kingston are very dedicated to high quality work. The office people are very easy to work with.

As much as anyone HATES going to the dentist, these group of professionals are always very nice, quick to respond to any questions, and or concerns. I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Grief is amazing, and very good at what he does.. I’ve referred all my friends and family when ask for a dentist...

My personal experience was the worst possible experience with a dentist. I had severe tooth pain. I now know the pain that I had was from an abscess. The dentist never mentioned anything about having an abscess. He (Greif) filled an infected tooth. It took about a week before my face was swollen beyond anything I could imagine. My eye was bulging out and any wrinkles on my face were smoothed out from this massive, bulging, throbbing abscess.

Now, they did not cause my abscess. They made it worse. They had me get work done that did not need to be done. Everything was rushed. They actually had me signing waivers after I had already been numbed, about 5 minutes before they started drilling. Honestly I'm usually quite healthy and I didn't think anything of it, now after all I've been through and all the rushing they seem to do...just be cautious if you do come to this dentist. I was stupid, but I was also in dire straights and needed help, I thought they were helping me but they were just making my problem worse.

While I've never been the type of person to write a lot of reviews I would just recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I had an infection, they overlooked it, they made it worse and when I desperately needed their help...they shrugged their shoulders and turned me away for not having 800 dollars up front for a root canal. I'm pretty sure most people know (at least I do now) that you couldn't have given me a root canal at that time because of the swelling and the fact that my face was full of puss. I was in a horrible mental state because of the severity of the pain I was in and the billing clerk was the most awful person I ever could have dealt with at the time. I could have gotten the money together but recommending work down the road when my abscess was nearing it's bursting point was unprofessional and disgusting to me.

They wanted to discuss money for a procedure that they would not be able to do until my abscess was cleared. Its been nearly a month and I still have not had a root canal because the abscess was so large it is still draining. I spit out half of a bottle of puss, blood, and saliva in the first 6 hours. I'm still healing but the bottom line is, this infection could have burst inside of my head and this practice, with the dentist and his assistants just...were inhumane to say the least.

Just think twice before you come here for any serious pain or if you're ready to start getting your teeth back in shape like I was.

Amazing! Needed to be seen because of problems. Called in morning, was in at noon and actually had temporary crown on by 1:30 pm. What service. Dr. Prior and all staff have always been courteous, professional and caring. Let me tell you I have been to many providers in my many years young and none compare.

I loved my dentist he’s so gentle and so careful, he’s a perfectionist so don’t ever get mad if he takes too long because he’s doing you an amazing favor, if you’re nervous he helps talk you through it, I’ll always take the drive out to see him! No other dentists has actually given me the urge to write an awesome review. ❤️ Thank you
