0-negative in my heart!!!!! The worst experience! Please please do not go to this dental office. They would say anything is ok at first, and made a wrong receipt after treatment, then when you find and ask them to do the correction, they will delay for nearly half a year, and told you wait wait. They do not want to correct, and want to leave the money which is not belongs to them in their pocket! And after such a long time, they still do not correct, and often told me there would be a manager meeting, and they do not have time. Why they always have time when I had a bad toothache and want to be treated? Also,one of my teeth which was treated in their dental office still feel uncomfortable, and I have to visit other dental office. This made me cost a lot more! Really a bad ridiculous experience.

If u could give 50 stars I would. Absolutely amazing staff in all aspects of my visit. True professionals from the time you walk in and check-in. Ms. Victoria and her office girls were compassionate about your needs and experience(s). The Dr, and his assistants are caring and polite, as well as very knowledgeable, and could answer any ? I had. Thank you so much.

0 is what it should be. 2 "lost" appointments when I'm coming an hour from home to be there. 1 with a specialist because I have a bone spur on my jaw that was lost. Was told by the technician that my appointment was scheduled incorrectly and when I spoke to the office manager, who scheduled it, she flat out lied to my face. I have never been to any office that can't seem to complete a cleaning and 2 fillings. Poor treatment of patients, not respectful of time, severe mismanagement, and flat out unprofessional. Will be contacting the BBB in regard to how they do business. Will never go back and will post reviews anywhere I can warning people of this cash grab they pretend is a practice.

WATCH OUT! I have been working for over 6 months to clear an invalid balance due which resulted from THEIR misfiling of insurance claims. They have ignored my calls, emails and even personal visits to resolve. Started out at $1200 overbilled now down to $84 but it has taken MONTHS to get this far. They sent me to collections even though their own statement shows a credit balance. If you can get past billing errors services OK as long you like to wait,

Staff was very friendly and kind. I have a fear of the dentist and Doctor Alrata and the hygienists were very understanding and patient with me. The front desk staff was very informative and helpful. All together a very good experience.

This company is very money hungry. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I spent almost two hours and ended up not having my teeth cleaned. The dentist found out bunch of stuff being wrong and wanted to do bunch of treatments, that costs so much money. Since I never had that kind experience ever at dental office before, I just had a gut feeling that they can’t be trusted.

I've been coming here for 7 years and had some really good dentists but now the turn over for them is horrible. Every time I go in I'm given a new Dentist and this time I was given a middle eastern Dentist with really bad English, and during the exam I had such hard time understanding him as he explained what was going on. I asked for another Doctor to come in and explain and was denied and the Office Manager decided to interject herself in the situation violating my HIPAA rights while she intimidating me the whole time.

I have been a patient in this office for over 5 years. Not happy anymore with their service. They keep charging me for cleaning when it is covered by insurance. I have never paid for cleaning. My insurance has not changed and I have never done extra procedure. They made me paid $25 last time and now they are billing me $80 for no reason. And when I try to call they do not answer. It is a shame.

They are very friendly. The doctor is great!! They work with payment plans and all staff make you feel very comfortable!! I recommend this dental office to everyone!!

I had a very pleasant dental experience from initial appointment to my second appointment for treatment. The Operations Manager, Victoria was accommodating and professional. Dr. Howard was likewise, gentle and experienced. Sue, my hygienist was expedient and thorough at the same time. I work in the field of dentistry and I can honestly say, they have established excellent rapport and gave me options without pressure. It's great to go to an office where the team is organized and instills confidence that made me feel I made the right decision.
