Great service! I was seen by Dr. Alrata and he did a great job along with his assistant Maritza. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Oh this team was sent by God! I called about 10 Endodontist offices yesterday morning, trying to get in. They worked with me and they were so mannerable and patient with me. I was in so ... much pain. Again God sent me to the right ones . From Ms Victoria and her staff to Dr Smoljan and his staff., They were excellent!!! Thank God for them all!

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and every time I’ve had great service and haven’t had to wait long. Everyone is professional and cares about their patience. They help work with problems I may face orally. The hygienist’s are very kind and work fast and well.

The first visit was great. At my second visit I was placed with a new dentist and was told that they had informed me my other dentist was leaving. This was not true. The assistant that came in had a really dirty face shield and tried cleaning my teeth. I told her that it was important that she change her PPE between patient’s and that it was visually very dirty. She apologized and said she was new. The cleaning didn’t go much better. She couldn’t figure it out. I worked in dentistry for a decade so I talked her through every step and even explained to her some important dental terminology she should know had she gotten training or been shadowed. This was not her fault. She needed training they didn’t provide. When it was the hygienists turn she told me I was taking good care of my teeth so she really didn’t need to do anything. Less than five minutes and of course I got billed. When I told them I wouldn’t be coming back and they needed to shadow new people because it wasn’t fair to them or the patients they told me that everyone needs to learn and we all need to be patient. Flash to now when there is a billing issue (I got a statement but when I go online to pay it says no balance) and the person at the front desk says she’s new so she doesn’t know how to look into my account…. I’m not sure why everyone is brand new all the time here but the staff turnover, lack of training, and lack of care is mind boggling.

I LOVE this place! They are very above and beyond when it comes to you as the patient. I have had a lot of issues with my teeth and they have been helpful and very easy through the whole process! I HIGHLY recommend! All the staff and ,of course, Dr. Alrata are AMAZING!

The staff members are patient, friendly, and really care about their patients. You are able to get in quickly for services. They talk through treatment options and make you feel comfortable during procedures. We are very happy with the care provided.

So, i have been with this dentist for a while now. I'll start by saying, that they used to be a great dental care office. However, after changing dentists, several times it has went, WAY far down. I had a crown service performed, a few years later it fell out. It was never actually comfortable while in, but they did say i have a 5 warranty on it over the phone. So i came for my WARRANTY appointment...they then said they don't offer any kind of a warranty and that they wouldn't cover any of it. Needless to say, i declined. I was extremely annoyed by this, because i left a dentist to go here, because they said it was under warranty. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Just compare reviews...this is one of the only dentists in the area, under 5 stars...much less under 4....

Mehlville Modern Dentistry is fantastic! I have been coming here for a couple years now and love it. The staff is very professional, always on time for my appointment and very knowledgeable. Sue has been my hygienist each time and she provides a very thorough and gentle cleaning. The office is modern and clean. I highly recommend coming here!
