6 months ago, I had an appnt scheduled. I was told they had updated their system and my appnt was 'lost'. I rescheduled for 3/3/20. I was also told their hygienist had quit, so they were looking for another to 'give their patients great care'. So I waited until today for the 'new' appnt. When I got there, I am told I had an appnt at 10 am, and I arrived at 3pm. I got a confirmation email that stated the appnt was at 12pm. Because I had trouble with this appnt, I called and confirmed with the receptionist about my time and date. I was told on the phone that it was at 3pm, and that's when I showed up.A receptionist showed me their computer which had listed a 10am appnt. I re explained everything and the only thing they said was'we can resched your appnt'. I have some gum disease and have waited 6 mos to have my teeth cleaned. This is not good customer service and I warn any future patients about this. So much for 'giving great care'.

The staff are so friendly and helpful at Mehlville Modern Dentistry. They are professional and efficient. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be taken back for my appointment.

Dr. Howard and team are super nice. I'm usually nervous about dental treatment and they calmed my fears. I was referred to their Endodontist, Dr. Davis, for a Root Canal. He made the procedure fly by and was very informative about what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Mehlville Modern Dentisty!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Wife had a crown 3 years ago paid in cash crown fell off went back said you need a new crown and since you used insurance on the first one you need to pay cash for this one also. Called them back 3 different times told them they were mistaken that we needed new pricing going thru insurance. 3 times they never called back. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Absolutely the best dentist and staff. Dr.Yip is awesome. His staff is incredible. Got me in on an emergancy visit. Did a root canal , absolutely NO pain so far. I will repost fri when i get my crown on.. Update:: excellent service. Crown has been on for over a week and no pain no issues . Perfect fit. Should have done this years ago. ;-)

Was able to get in quickly. Everyone was so nice. Lynsi helped me with my insurance questions and payment information and helped put me at ease. Dr. Miller gave me options and helped me decide what is best for me. I highly recommend this facility. Very positive experience.

Been there 3 times in the last few weeks a pleasant visit to the dentist each time which is almost an odd statement... but the team there is excellent. They have been very knowledgable and informative about every aspect of my care.

AMAZING!!! I love this dental office. From past dental experience I have severe anxiety but they make every appoint the best experience possible. The front desk is very welcoming and efficient. I couldn't ask for more from a dental office.
