Dr.Howard is a very good Dentist he explained my dental care plan clearly and listened to my concerns. Dr. Howard and Stephanie was very professional they make my dental appointments painless as possible. I have recommended this office to several people because I was on a emergency waiting list for a few dentist for a few weeks do to a really bad tooth infection when. I called Mehlville office the receptionst listened to my dental needs, she got me in to the Dr. Howard in a few days.

Office is clean and Modern. Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. Greeted quickly whenever I arrived. The dental assistants were caring and knowledgeable. The Dr took his time and explained treatment. My teeth feel great after my cleaning.

I lost a crown and made an appointment at Mehlville Modern Dentistry with fear and trembling. The day of my appointment I went in with dread, several hours later I walked out feeling incredible relief and dare I say it...JOY! I had a beautiful new crown completely painlessly installed and beautifully matching my other teeth! Wow, I could actually afford it. Trust me, I have had a lot of problems with my teeth. This was a truly miraculous experience. Everyone was very supportive which helped as well, put me at ease. I’m in my 60’s, but this place would be great for children on up! Imagine having a crown designed and installed in one appointment!!! This is truly modern dentistry!

I used to go here because it was convenient but I quickly got the impression that I was being urged to do things that were not necessary, and the costs seemed to be quite above what other dentists charge (including my current dentist). Also, every time I went there I saw a different dentist because my prior dentists had left, which was a concerning trend.

I love the fact that wait times aren’t long. Appointments aren’t 3 months out. Everyone is very friendly. I’m glad I have found a one stop place to get my families dental work done. I’m a busy mom of 3. Having an office that my children like to go to, that is efficient and friendly is a blessing!

They don’t deserve one single star
Just looking to take money from you as much as possible
Go there for teeth cleaning with my wife and son and they took me a thousand dollars for like “ deep cleaning “ which was shorter then other dentis do for regular cleaning
Also they charged insurance for regular cleaning and they make you to sign some declaration and take to credit card for case if first one is declined ( never see anyone do that )
My bill was $600 and told them will pay half now and rest will pay in monthly payments $100
But next day they charged my card $100 like next payment
Better be careful if go there
I have to cancel all appointments with them for all my family

Took 3 calls with asking for call back to make an appointment. They never called back, I eventually called and waited and finally made my appointment for a tooth extraction. They required a deposit toward the final bill to reserve the appointment. When I went in for the extraction, they tell me that I had to do a consultation first for an extra $65. I just wanted my tooth removed at the time of my appointment. I had already talked about all of the work that I needed done with the dentist. I didn't need someone else to repeat the discussion. Long story short I still have the tooth and I will be finding a new dentist. I wish I could post this with no star, but that is not an option.

This office is top notch! Everyone told me getting my wisdom teeth out at 30 would be awful so I was super nervous. When you walk in it’s so warm and welcoming all while feeling modern and clean. My husband got to enjoy the news and a cup of coffee while he waited to take me home. The girls at the front desk are super kind and helpful and the techs and the oral surgeon were full of knowledge and comfort. I’m so glad I had Dr.Gaed as my oral surgeon and that I had my follow up and teeth cleaning with Dr.Miller. I look forward to being a patient for a long time! If the dentist scares you this is your place!

My parents always took my brother and I to a private dentist growing up. I've come to learn that was not necessarily the way to go. His cleanings seemed to be pulled out of a blacksmith's notes or a psychopaths fantasies. Naturally, this made me avoid the dentist for several years... or roughly a decade. I was nudged by people who care about me to, you know, take care of my health, and figured it was time to stop being a baby. I tried out Mehlville Modern Dentistry in August 2020. My first thought was, "huh, is the 'modern' necessary?" It is, because thats the experience you get. My experience felt more like a health check than a lecture on how I don't floss enough. They use machines and instruments I didn't know even existed for dentistry. They have a little tool thats like- a mini power washer, that cleans the hell out of your teeth. This is going to sound weird, but I didn't know what teeth were supposed to feel like until I went to Mehlville Modern Dentistry. Your next thought might be "Okay, they have fancy stuff, but hows the staff?" From my experience, they're great. I was greeted when I entered the door, and set up right away to check in. When it was my turn, I was taken to an area by a dental assistant to clean my hands and mouth to avoid covid. I had Dr. Goldberg as my dentist. He explained each step as he went through my cleaning and let me know if I might have some discomfort. He asked me about myself and was genuinely interested in my responses. The dude has great bedside manner. He explained any work he thought I might need, and why it was necessary. Together with him and his team we developed a plan for my dental health that worked for me financially. Overall, it was a surprisingly fantastic experience. If you're looking for a new dentist and want a great experience, try them out.

No pre-op instructions given. Appt time changed and not notified or asked if change is okay. As requested I mailed in my orders and X-ray but they could not be found. Good thing I took in my original X-ray but they didn't copy and give back, they kept it. I spent a lot of time entering my health history and meds in to the My Chart system and for some reason none of it showed up. My older records from 4 years ago had to do. I was told after surgery when I had a bad headache to have soft cool foods for a while instead of being given that information ahead of time. I was told my copay would be $99 and instead it was over $150. It just seems staff don't have a good system and the pt. suffers. But, the surgery assistant was great with me and kept me informed of what was going on.
