1st time going and the last time going. They forgot about my daughter in the room for over 45mins. She never seen the dentist. Staff stated the dentist was doing a procedure on someone else but forgot to mention that while my daughter had been waiting. Bad 1st time experience 👎🏾👎🏻

Never have issues waiting, if my appointment is at 10AM, then I am seen within 15 minutes of arriving usually. However, my biggest issue is that everyone seems rather discombobulated around there... When my appointment is over with and I am scheduling my next cleaning or filling, thats where the issues come in. For example, I recently had to reschedule a filling as I was called into work. I called to reschedule, and I was asked what time my appointment was for, and told them 8 o'clock.
They inform me that they actually had me down for 10 o'clock.. which I know for a fact was not the case, as I set up the day and time for my appointment.
Every single time I have had them call me to confirm that I was coming in the next day for one reason or another, they have the wrong time for me. Whats the point in me choosing what time I want to come in when they schedule me for whatever time they want anyway? At least they have me on the right day I suppose...

I had a wisdom tooth that was causing alot of pain . Not only was i in pain but the weather was awful, snowing alot ! I called several places and no one could seem to get me in except aspen dental ! They even worked hard to fit me in before my appointment time which was 3 . I was worried that i would not be able to get my tooth pulled and the amount of pain i was in that just was not an option ! The dentist and staff made me feel comfortable in a non judgmental atmosphere . I had my tooth pulled and was told what to do in order to recover and was on my way !

My daughter and myself both had appointments on the same day 30 mins apart.. The staff was great. The Dentist was extremely wonderful. He had a great personality doesn't rush you and he makes sure that you know exactly what it is he's doing and what will have to happen in the next visits. His office management helps people that need financial assistance find the lenders they will need so that you don't have to keep putting the dental work that has to be done off. They said it's not often they can't do something to help with the financial burdens. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I went to the St. Peter Mo location. #EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

The dentist is awesome. The office staff on the other hand is a joke. I got work done with the agreement I'll make payments. 6 months later and they still haven't sent my bill to the credit place. I've had to call 6 TIMES, told me I needed to sign to have it sent over. I go in to sign and they don't have it ready. I was told they would call when the paperwork was ready and never heard back. Now they try to put the blame on me because they continue not to do their jobs and call their patients back. Then hang up on you for being frustrated. I would suggest only using this place if you have no other options.

This office is the best. The dentists are so comforting and really care about how you’re feeling and the work that they are doing. The prices are amazing too! I would highly recommend them. I’ve had filings and a crown done at this office and they did a wonderful job.

The dentist was friendly, professional and able to extract my tooth with out any pain and in a reasonable time. Everything went very smooth.

I would give this a minus score if I could. It is not like the commercial says, that they are cheaper they are not. They are twice as much money, have no be side manner and act like more of a sales office than a dentist office. I went here with a broken tooth and they tried to take advantage of that by wanting to charge me $2500 for a crown and then their tech stuck the instrument into my broken tooth which was very painful. I left and found another great dentist for half the cost and wonderful tech.
