Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. I came in because my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. I was already nervous but they reassured me I wouldn't feel anything, they do this all the time, I should be fine. Little did I know that I was going to feel every single thing that was being done because the anesthesia was not working. They only offer one way to remove your teeth and that's topical numbing injections. Minimum of 10 shots were given to me. They say it normally only takes 2..Still was feeling everything. A drill was then pulled out and I felt it hit my nerve!! The dentist then became frustrated because he "couldn't believe" my nerve was not going numb with the medicine. What was supposed to be quick and easy took an hour and a half. And to top it off they sent me home with only tylenol and ibuprofen of course. Honestly I would have been better pulling my tooth at home than going through the pain I endured. This place shouldn't operate without stronger anesthesia procedures in place. It's ridiculous.

Nothing but problems with this place. Dentists are hit or miss. Walk-ins appear to have priority over clients who scheduled appointments, even if it involves simple cleaning. Each visit is an exercise in waiting. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled today (06/19/19) at 10 am. I confirmed the appointment two days prior. I live 5 minutes away and got there at 9:55 am. Minutes later, I was asked to pay for fluoride treatment. I did. At 10:30 am, I asked the front desk receptionist what is the holdup for my 10 am appointment (a woman two seats from me asked the same question). The receptionist checked with the hygienist and said it would b another 10 minutes. At 10:42 am, I told the receptionist this is unacceptable, I had had enough of waiting around when my appointment was at 10 am. I told the receptionist to reverse the fluoride charge to my credit card then I walked out. Businesses, especially in the medical field, need to realize they work FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS not the other way around!! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Aspen Dental, here's a piece of advice: Do not schedule clients like cattle, expecting them to gleefully sit around watching Rachel Ray while waiting for your slow a## service! We have lives too.

So today I had 2 fillings and to teeth built up (from previous grinding habit) and Dr Chris was so gentle and easy It almost was like I blinked and it was all done! He was great at explaining what he was doing during the whole process as well, which I loved. Thanks Aspen and thank you Dr Chris.

They’re very friendly but it’s very hard to talk when they have all the tools in your mouth. I’d prefer if they were less friendly so I wouldn’t have to try to talk with a tiny scrapper in my mouth.

Very deceitful and unreliable.
One star for the dental hygienist who was very kind and did great work. The rest of the experience has been frustrating and an absolute let down. I planned cosmetic work with a dentist who was out the day of my appointment and they put me with another dentist who preferred to reschedule the visit, which was fine. What isn’t fine is they asked for payment at the beginning of my appointment and has yet to refund $700.00 back to my card for the work never performed. I’ve been told I’d receive a call back twice now and haven’t.

This dentist office is phenomenal. The staff is amazing, the office is clean and spacious. They make the dentist seem 1000 times better. Definitely recommend. Great for someone with anxiety about the dentist

Run don't walk from this office. I spoke with a Regional Manager Dan today about charges to my credit card that were in error. I was charged for an insurance deductible that was not applicable to the service I received. He refused to do anything about it saying it was really a charge for a service. Not for what I was told it was for. After much conversation I told him I would take the matter to my bank and dispute the charge as fraud.

BUT WAIT.....a half an hour later he calls me back and has had a change of mind. After he "escalated the issue" he is now going to refund the erroneous charges. What the purpose of 4 phone calls and over 2 hours of arguing was I will never know. Its too bad they had to treat us this way, over an error that was fixable. it was a decent office with decent people , but the customer service was so substandard that we will NEVER set foot in that office again....and I will never recommend them to any one
