The best experience you could hope for knowing you have a broken tooth at minimum, and possibly more. The staff at the St Peters MO location are courteous and professional. The actual treatment was top notch and cutting edge. Payment was so reasonable and less than I expected. I have a new permanent dentist. Thanks guys

Aspen dental was able to fit me in the very next day. I called 15-20 other companies in network that had 3-4 week lead times first. They also were able to preform a procedure that most dentists wanted to sent me to an oral surgeon. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and found a new dentist that I’m sticking with in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Chris and his Assistant Sydney. They both have a way of making me feel like I am their only patient which allows me to feel comfortable and have all my questions addressed. I am very confident of Dr. Chris's knowledge as a Prosthodontist, he knows his craft well and explains your journey ahead. I never liked a Dentist until I met him and I am confident at each appointment that he and Sydney both truly care.

The staff are some of the nicest people around who seem to genuinely care about people's dental well-being. My visit was exceptional in every way. My only wish that the process of getting implants was more affordable for the average person. Especially if dental health is such a big priority that affects everyone's overall health. Between the exorbitant cost of dental care and the absolute lack of any real meaningful and sustainable dental insurance, it's no wonder that people put off their Dental Care for as long as they do.

My bf just got dental insurance about 4 or 5 months ago. We went to Aspen Dental in Saint Peters for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction with a full understanding that we will pay most of, if not all, out of pocket bc the 1st year waiting period. Everyone was nice, place was very clean. Everything was great when it came time to pay, it was only $136.50 (with 1st time patient cleaning n x-rays free) for the wisdom extraction. I said are you sure? Shocked, but OK, great! UNTIL WE GO BACK to find out that before they can extract his other wisdom, we had to pay $292 for our last visit. When they took out the first tooth, Aspen Dental reached out to my insurance company, to which they apparently did not answer. Aspen Dental took it upon themSELVES to look online to see what I would be covered. They never informed me of any of this nor even try to discuss it with me. You can't do this to people! I went to my regular dentist yesterday for a cleaning and when I mentioned Aspen Dental, I was warned (professionally) that they haven't heard anything good from that company. I will never trust Aspen Dental again. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went there because my jaw was swelling from an infected tooth. I remember seeing on the window that they take emergency and walk-ins. They got me in super quick and it wasn’t within a half hour I was walking out with a prescription for the swelling. Going back in 5-7 days to get the tooth taken care of! The doctor, kamor, I believe was his name was super nice and had an awesome attitude!

This was the worst first impression I have ever had. I come in for my dental appointment and this women younger woman a dental technician or receptionist tells me my name is hard to pronounce. She proceeded to tell me that “my mother just had to have chosen such a difficult name”. I told her it is Nigerian and she changed her tone. I didn't curse at her or anything I waited to see the doctor. When i finally see him. He asks me how to pronounce my name and after I tell him. Then he rudely states "oh that's hard". I explained to him how both of them are offensive and not making a good impression. Why would you ask your patient to pronounce their name, then go out of your way to tell them it is hard to pronounce? They need diversity training and culture sensitivity training.

Made an appt online for a routine cleaning. Turns out online appts are for new patients only but it's not stated anywhere on the website about this.. I get there they YET AGAIN have TWO accts for me (first 2 accts were DoB issues these 2 were SSN issues). They do xrays and tell me nothings wrong except for one tooth I knew about 2 years ago... NO cleaning was done and I have to come back next month for it for some reason. I was rushed and no one seemed concerned about me just needing my cleaning... I paid over $150 for no services to be provided... They also use a cheap wrist cuff for your BP then freaked out mine was high... I work healthcare, if someone checked my BP like normal, they'd see it's within range as always instead of using some cheap machine. NO ONE reached out in advanced that I couldn't get a cleaning done today when that's ALL I WANTED. Very disappointed. I was rushed because they wouldn't do my cleaning.

They have no idea what they’re doing! Terrible customer service! My wife and I went in for first time appointments, after calling specifically to insure our insurance was accepted, to find out our insurance has never been taken by them. They even admitted the woman I talked with who said she was at this actual location was really located in Chicago. Very bait and switch. Avoid at all costs.
