When my name was called, it was pronounced wrong when when i corrected the staff memeber they did not apologise or say it correctly. Its not an averegae white name but theres no reason they could not have apologised and said it correctly. When getting x rays done, the way the staff memeber adjusted the tool in my mouth, i was not treated like a person but a doll. The tool can hurt when pushed or resting on certain areas of the mouth and the staff member should have been mindful of that. The staff was more friendly to the white people than was to me, i was treated as a get in and out while others were not. They were asked how they were doing, the staff was trying small talk, spoken to in a friendlier tone than i was, and when i did try i was ignored. The only polite people were the dentist that examined my teeth and a woman staffer who did ask how to pronounce my name before she said it was was very kind. She i guess would be billing.

I am so very grateful to this dentist office !!! They have made my dream a reality . I can finally smile again !!!! Everyone was very attentive , as I was extremely nervous about the procedure I had done . Even after it was complete they still were there when I needed them . I had Doctor Brock , and was very , very pleased with him . I will defiantly recommend this office to those I know . Very friendly staff , and it helped me so much through the whole process !!! Again , thank you all for the smile I now can share with the world !!!!

The dentist was super personable, made me relaxed. Might be the best dentist I have ever been t . After getting my old filling replaced with composite, I am not even 100% sure which tooth it was. The hygienist was super sweet and the office stafe is amazing. Highly recommend!!

If it wasn’t for their billing department, I would rate them higher. I was over charged by $1400, and have just been ignored when I try calling to sort it out, with never once receiving a call back. I have made special trips in to the office to talk in person and am told it is fixed and will receive a call back in a day or two, which never happened. An incredibly sad way to run a business and I will be proceeding with a fraudulent claim against the company. I wish I would have read their reviews before going there, as it seems most of their negative comments stem from similar issues.

I made an appointment with Aspen Dental since my previous dentist retired and the one that bought his practice was not in network with my insurance. Aspen is in network. I went as a new patient and informed them why I was there. Aspen Dental did a complete series of radiographic images without checking with the insurance. They were not covered because the insurance had already paid my previous dentist for this test within the last year. Aspen Dental could have checked on this and I could have waited for this service until the insurance would pay. I felt I was rushed through the sign in process. Now Aspen Dental has stuck me with a $144.00 bill!
