Some where very nice but the dentist seem like he was more interested in what he wanted to do for me then what I wanted ..to the point of telling me I can go to another doctor to get this one tooth fixed that he said was very much save able an the last lady that you see on the way out to talk about the plan was extremely rude to the point I decided that I'm ok .. it was almost like she didn't want me to be there I mean her energy was horrible.. very snappy an rudely sarcastic. Other then that the staff was very easy going an gentle talked you threw everything Professional . ..even the Dentist he was kind we just didn't agree on current things .. but am I going again no I don't need the Dramatic energy..life is to short ..

This dental office is a scam dont go there, i will put minus star if i can!! They charge me 1000$ only for cleaning n i have dental insurance fyi they excused is that a big cleaning n they said that cost is for twice treatment, they lied!!! I went today supposed to for the second treatment or cleaning n they charge me again 80$ just for cleaning which my insurance said its supposed to be free anyway, n the thing that really realize me that that place is a total bs after i paid that 80$ the cs told me that they called me earlier to reschedule my appointment, if they cant do my treatment today n want me to reschedule it why they still charge me for it!! N they reschedule me for almost 1 n half month after today thats ridiculous!!! I will never ever come back there after my next appointment just becuz i already paid for it!! Pls read this review n dont ever go there pls pls pls save ur self from this scam !!!

They are helpful and everything. The only bad thing is that they charge you for thing that you don't ask for. I went in for a tooth that needed to be pulled and when I got the bill there was things on there that I didn't need or ask for like an electric toothbrush. But over all they are a good place to go if you need work done

I prefer the Washington ,Mo office..The staff is wonderful, very freindly ,understanding and treat you with respect And are prompt to have you seen and very attentive. The Mid Rivers location rushs you and wont listen to request for comfort. Nor fullfill the complete package deal you just paid Thousands of dollars of service, Ten they lie to you over it. The Dentist or half the staff are never there So whatever dental care you need will only extend to what the trchnicians can do lf theyre even there. The only good that office location does is cancel and shuffle appointments because the dentist is on another Conference out of town or on a vacation.

Aspen in Jefferson City is awesome!!! Consultation and extractions in one day!! Who does that? Thank you guys!!!

I wasn't going to write a review originally, despite feeling very much like I was being sold a car with the way I was pressured to have certain work done that I wanted to wait until the first of the year for (insurance purposes) but the fact that I have called the emergency line SEVEN times for a dry socket and pain, was finally escalated to a supervisor who said he put the request to the on call dentist (Herbst) as urgent and I should hear back in 20 to 30 minutes, and here I am over 2 hours after that urgent call (not to mention almost 7 hours after my first call) and I still have heard NOTHING from anyone I have to say - I absolutely would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

First and foremost staff is racist knew it from day 1 but I wish I could take stars from them. place is very unprofessional and all they care about is money and more money. I didnt listen to the reviews and tried it anyway and boy do I regret it. They are unorganized and very very arrogant. TURN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I PROMISE YOU WILL THANK ME. NO SIGN OF MANAGMENT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RIDICULOUS WHEN IT COMES TO TALKING TO PEOPLE. I was asked to leave because I missed my appointment.....NO WONDER THEY HAVE SO MANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT'S. LOOK INTO ASPEN BEFORE YOU GO...BECUZ IF YOU DO YOU WONT GO!!!!

Very friendly atmosphere with Customer service serving in a professional manner. Service was complete and quoted cost was given upfront which allowed me to go home to decide on my decision with no pressure saling. Prices were reasonable.

I want to opt out of the fluoride treatment in my next visit. My insurance only covers fluoride treatments up to age 14. Otherwise, I would have to pay out of pocket. Also, I get fluoride daily in my tap water, my toothpaste, and my mouthwash. Is there a way that I can just decline fluoride treatments in advance before my appointments. Please, no fluoride treatments. Thanks.
