Terrible business management. Aspen Dental experiences frequent miscommunications with insurance providers and the staff is ill-informed of their own coverage policies. Tasks as simple as calling to ask about billing statements result in weeks of static on their end with failure to return calls, and their phone availability does not match their hours of operation.

DO NOT GET DENTAL WORK DONE HERE!!!!!!! I had to get 4 cavities done and each on the filling have came out within less of a year and have gone back several times for issues relating to the work being done. Now I have to pay someone else money that I already paid these guys to fix what they started and it left my teeth in worse shape then before. If you value your teeth please do not go here.

I went in today and visited with the office with a broken tooth, they were a very friendly office and addressed every issue. Megan did a great job with my x-rays, Mike did an awesome job with explaining my bill and everyone made me feel better about my teeth than what I felt about them. I will be going back again and recommending to my family and friends.

Staff is friendly and service is great, however make sure you have them give you an estimate and send it to your insurance company before you let them do any work on you otherwise you will be overcharged. Insurance company will not reimburse you.

Update: I did receive a call from aspen pledging that if I was indeed overcharged they would refund me!

I currently visited this location for an urgent matter. Let's just say if i would've known the type of horrible service I'd receive, I most definitely wouldn't have made that trip. They are extremely pricey and very unprofessional. Some of the responses i received made me feel as though my ethnicity played a part in their decision making. However, I won't get deep into detail but I will not be referring anyone to Aspendental especially not in St.Peters

I hadn't been to the dentist in roughly 15 years (I know that's bad). I decided to go here because it was convenient after work. My first visit was over 2 hours and had nothing done except X-ray's! Scheduled my next 3 appointments (cleaning, root canal, and filling x2/crown) before I left. The day of my cleaning they called to see if I could come in an hour earlier or come in early for my root canal and they'll do the cleaning then because the hygenest had to leave, ok no big deal, things happen but I was at work so when I called back to tell them I'd come in early at next appointment they had no idea what I was talking about but finally said OK. So of course I get there for my root canal early, don't get called back until late and guess what, they didn't know they were doing a cleaning! But they did it.
With my schedule I had to reschedule my last appointment a couple times and I believe had to reschedule because of the office once as well. Finally I go in for my permanent crown and fillings and the doctor (who was not the doctor I originally seen nor new I wasnt seeing him, because he's smart and is no longer there) was 1 1/2 hours behind and told a new patient they needed to reschedule because she was behind. I work in a doctor office and I feel like that was inappropriate. They got me back and the whole treatment seemed very rushed because I was one of the last patients so of course they wanted to get out of there!
Couple months later I receive a bill because my insurance was "termed" which was not the case! They said they'd get it taken care of but I needed to bring my insurance card by the office, I explained NOTHING has changed, but they still needed my card. I took my card there and they said somehow it was wiped out of the system. I call b.s. they have paper charts too and I know they have a copy of my card from my first visit! A month later I get another bill that my account was past due! They said they are reprocessing it and I shouldn't have received that Bill. No I shouldn't have because if it was being processed through insurance the system shouldn't prompt me to get a bill! I don't believe they sent it back to insurance the first time! I was suppose to have my cleaning this Friday but I got a call wanting to reschedule because their hours have changed! Needless to say I shouldn't have went for convenience because I will not be going back!

I really don’t feel like getting into too much detail but the office manager with blonde hair was very very rude and disrespectful. Everytime that I was rescheduled after already paying I was charged more and more for a procedure that was never finished the first few times. They are a scam. Please run don’t walk unless you just love to shove money out the window for work that isn’t completed. Thank me later

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 extractions, at 10:30am. I called the office as I was on my way to let them know I may be a little late. I thought I would be 15mins late,but I wasn't completely sure. The woman on the phone informed me that she would have to reschedule my appointment. I let her know that I was close and still wanted to try to get there on time before she canceled my appointment. Instead of being 15mins late, as I thought, I was only 5 mins late. I walked into the office at 10:35am & the women at the front desk had already canceled my appointment and told me I needed to reschedule. Normally the grace period for this office is 5-10 mins, why was this time not honored for me, as a paying client? Also, I was the only person in the waiting area for about 15 mins, no one walked in behind me until after 20mins. I know for sure no one else walked in after because, I sat outside for an hour due to a flat tire I got rushing to get to my appointment ; I had to wait on a tow truck. The women at the front desk were very rude. I asked to speak to a manager & one of them told me that they all were the managers of the office, which was a lie. I asked to speak with the Dentist, she told me that her dentist was not coming out to speak with me. The only person who was kind & helpful was Ms. Ebony. I was very unhappy with the service. Even if I did have to reschedule, the treatment was unacceptable.

Office manager, Aubrey, canceled our appointment with no explanation or apologies. She was very unprofessional and rude! Won’t be returning. They are also very sales orientated, we had to listen to a 10 minute infomercial on Invisalign before we got our follow up appointment scheduled. Not a happy or a returning customer. The Washington location was very helpful in getting us in last minute so that was great but it doesn’t make up for Aubreys behavior.
