My son had what I thought was a broken tooth that was causing him major discomfort. I called and they got me in to their jampacked busy day schedule with no problem. They never made me feel like they were rushed or that I was an inconvenience. Turns out I overreacted and it was a baby tooth molar hanging on by some tissue that was causing the discomfort. They took care of it quickly and effectively without making me feel silly. The staff had cheerful attitudes and made both my son and myself feel like for the time we were in there we were their top priority. Great staff-very accommodating and very service oriented.

I'm extremely grateful to My Crossroads Dental, I was not a prior patient and I had an emergency need right before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was seen immediately and given an antibiotic to get me through till I could have further treatment. All are extremely professional, overwhelming concern and kindness for you. Highly recommend, you will be in great hands. Thank You so much to My Crossroads Dental.

Just had the best teeth cleaning of my life! Kayla is one of the best there, very detailed oriented and just has great customer service all the way around. J have sensitive teeth and still had glue on multiple teeth from invisalign and she just got me back to where I needed to be, and in a timely manner at that.. My Crossroads dentist has always been good to me and they all do great work, thanks Kayla you're the best!

I absolutely love this office! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kummer for the past 2 years and have been very impressed. He is very personable and always answers all of our questions. His whole office staff is great. Today I brought my 3 year old son for his first cleaning experience. Ashley was his hygienist and I cannot explain how happy I was! She was awesome with my son and made him feel comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend her for any pediatric patients and I loved the experience that I had with her as well. She is very thorough and educated me on exactly what she was doing. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

As always Crossroads was a great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They make you feel comfortable and safe by wearing masks and face shields while working. Ive been going here for awhile now and have been extremely pleased with the work that I have had done.
