We’ve seen Lacy and Pam for 8-9 years and they’re the best!! They’re very meticulous and thorough with cleaning teeth. Dr. Place is super amazing and fantastic with great “bed-side manner”!! Everyone in the front office is super kind, great at what they do!! They’re the best dental office off of Wentzville Parkway! In my opinion. I’ve been to all three off the Parkway. They’re honest and just awesome people all the way around.

Staff needs trained about studying history of a patient and their circumstances before calling and leaving a message that is very uncalled for!! Living on a very very limited Social Security income and having other medical problems and bills you sometimes forget to pay. And then you receive a call stating they will send your account to collections after just being 30 days late. I had paid religiously and then to be treated like this. I will never step foot in there again because of their staff. Sad because I really loved my dentist....
