We have been going here for a few years now, everybody is always so courteous and has a smile on their face from the second you walk in. I have three boys who get their teeth cleaned including myself and my husband and the girls are always so kind to get my two younger boys a chair and their favorite TV show set up in my room while I'm getting my teeth cleaned and they wait for me and making sure they get a pick from the treasure box. Besides all of that they have always taken care and pay special attention to all of our teeth.

I appreciated from my phone call on how willing everyone was to hear my explanation to try to find a dentist in my network. You evaluated my dental needs without overcharging me or my insurance. The hygienist was thorough also to evaluate what needs I have as a new patient. The dentist was friendly and explained my mouth so that I totally understood my issues and she gave me ample opportunity to ask questions and gave me some options which was encouraging. Finances were explained with knowledge of what my insurance will do. Finally feel like this office wanted my insurance to be able to help me with my dental work instead of it all falling to me to pay. I just had my teeth cleaned at My Crossroads Dentist and was so happy with the result, I felt I needed to leave a review. I've had my teeth cleaned here many times and this is my family's regular dentist - and we're happy with the services we receive - but this cleaning was amazing. I'm particular about my teeth and sort of pride myself in my dental hygiene but this was the first time I'd had the hydro-cleaning, even though I've been a patient here for nearly 5 years. I don't remember the young female hygienist's name but my teeth were cleaner and whiter after having her clean them than in past cleanings. I think the staff is wonderful, helpful, cheerful, accommodating, but I really liked the hydro-cleaning and the fact that this hygienist didn't mind that I didn't like to be reclined too far backward due to my vertigo issues. This seemed like the perfect visit for me; where I was made to feel at ease and the job was very well done. Thanks My Crossroads Dentist and Dr. Jamie for the great service!

Courteously receive by the receptionist. When taken to the chair, I was made comfortable. The dental assistant listened to my issue, proceeded doing her job. I was shown the x-rays taken. Then Dr. Cain came in, looked at the x-rays, looked at the affected area and plainly described the options.
I dislike dentistry, but felt very confident in Dr. Cain and the assistant and less troubled about proceeding on with the plan.

Well I must say after being at Dr.Kraners office, this place reminds me of my dentist from the 90s. First off the very young assistant was using the x-ray without the lead vest until I reminded her. I left work early for this appointment only for them to tell me after x-rays they were short handed and my options were stay while the Dr. worked on multiple patients or reschedule. Staff was friendly but after Kraners office it's like driving a Benz then going back to a 05 Kia Forte. I will not be returning.
