I am blown away by the excellent service I received at My Crossroads Dentist. It was my first appointment, and they got me in quickly for a dental concern I had. The wait, if any, was minimal. I was late for my appointment due to poor planning on my part and they were extremely accomadating and welcoming. My hygienist, Elaine, was really great! She was very warm and bubbly and made me feel happy to be there. I was seen by Dr. Cain, who was also very friendly and personable. She was completely focused on me and my concerns during my visit. She was also very thorough with her exam and kept me informed during the entire process. The ladies worked together like a well oiled machine and had me in and out with a new filling in less than an hour. By far, this is best dentist experience I have ever had and I will continue to come back! Thank you My Crossroads Dentist Team!

Excellent service- always very upbeat and professional. They remember you and ask about your family or vacation u went on when last in there. I needed an emergency appoint and I called at 9:30 am I was in by 2:30 same day!! This location has Been my dentist since 2014 and I recommend this office. The girls in the admin office are so polite and always had a smile before masks.... I know they r still smiling under the masks!
